Structure of a container with a specific dispensing amount for
cosmetics
Abstract
An improved structure of a container with a specific dispensing
amount for cosmetic is disclosed. The container comprises a tubular
body for cosmetic and a dispensing tube and a cotton head at the
dispensing end of the body, and an external cap body covered the
dispensing end, characterized in that the bottom end of the
dispensing tube of the body is provided with a valve plate and a
valve seat covers the sealing valve plate such that the valve plate
elastically urges the dispensing through hole of the sealing valve
seat, and in combination with the pressing device at the bottom end
of the container body, the pressing valve plate causes a
communication hole to switch on and switch off an automatic control
so as to dispense cosmetic in a specific amount.

dispense cosmetic in a specific amount.
2. The container of claim 1, wherein the valve plate has a
spherical shape.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0001] (a) Technical Field of the Invention
[0002] The present invention relates to a cosmetic container which
allows dispensing of cosmetics in a specific amount.
[0003] (b) Description of the Prior Art
[0004] Conventional cosmetic containers are shown in FIGS. 4 and 5,
having a container body 30 containing fluid and one end of the body
30 being an end cap 32 for mounting of a dispensing tube 31. The
step-like fluid-directing hole 33 of the dispensing tube 31 is
tapered at the dispensing opening and in combination with a cotton
head 34, the dispensing of the cosmetic can be controlled by
squeezing the soft container body 30 or the rotatably squeezing of
the valve rod 35 so as to discharge the cosmetic. The cosmetic
flows along the fluid-directing hole 33 to the dispensing hole and
the cosmetic is applied by means of the cotton head 34. The
external side of the cotton head 34 is mounted with an external cap
body 36. The conventional container, providing cosmetic by means of
the valve rod 35 or direct squeezing of the soft tube, cannot
provide a specific amount of cosmetic. After squeezing the
container, the fluid cosmetic will be discharged with different
quantity and if the fluidity of the cream is high, the quantity of
the discharged cosmetic will be more. More cosmetic will remain in
the tube 31 when the container body is released from squeezing.
Further, the cosmetic remained on the cotton head 34 will dry out
and will affect subsequent application. Accordingly, it is an
object of the present invention to provide an improved structure of
a container with a specific dispensing amount for cosmetics which
mitigates the above drawbacks.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0005] Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to
provide an improved structure of a container with a specific
dispensing amount for cosmetic having a tubular body for cosmetic
and a dispensing tube and a cotton head at the dispensing end of
the body, and an external cap body covered the dispensing end,
characterized in that the bottom end of the dispensing tube of the
body is provided with a valve plate and a valve seat covers the
sealing valve plate such that the valve plate elastically urges the
dispensing through hole of the sealing valve seat, and in
combination with the pressing device at the bottom end of the
container body, the pressing valve plate causes a communication
hole to switch on and switch off an automatic control so as to
dispense cosmetic in a specific amount.
[0006] Yet another further object of the present invention is to
provide an improved structure of a container with a specific
dispensing amount for cosmetic, which mitigates the drawback of the
conventional cosmetic container which cannot dispensing a specific
amount.
[0007] The foregoing object and summary provide only a brief
introduction to the present invention. To fully appreciate these
and other objects of the present invention as well as the invention
itself, all of which will become apparent to those skilled in the
art, the following detailed description of the invention and the
claims should be read in conjunction with the accompanying
drawings. Throughout the specification and drawings identical
reference numerals refer to identical or similar parts.
[0008] Many other advantages and features of the present invention
will become manifest to those versed in the art upon making
reference to the detailed description and the accompanying sheets
of drawings in which a preferred structural embodiment
incorporating the principles of the present invention is shown by
way of illustrative example.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[0009] FIG. 1 is a perspective exploded view of the container of
the present invention.
[0010] FIG. 2 is a flat view of the container of the present
invention.
[0011] FIG. 3 is a reference view of the dispensing valve with
controlling capability.
[0012] FIG. 4 is an exploded view of the container.
[0013] FIG. 5 is a reference view of the dispensing device of the
present invention.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
[0014] The following descriptions are of exemplary embodiments
only, and are not intended to limit the scope, applicability or
configuration of the invention in any way. Rather, the following
description provides a convenient illustration for implementing
exemplary embodiments of the invention. Various changes to the
described embodiments may be made in the function and arrangement
of the elements described without departing from the scope of the
invention as set forth in the appended claims.
[0015] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, there is shown an improved
structure of a container with a specific dispensing amount for
cosmetic comprising a container body 10, an end cap 12 for sealing
a dispensing tube 11 of the dispensing end of the container body 10
so as to secure the entire dispensing structure. The interior of
the dispensing tube 11 is provided with a step-like directing hole
13 allowing the flowing out of the cosmetic contained therein. The
external end of the dispensing tube 11 is mounted with a soft
cotton head 14 for comfortably contact with the skin of the body.
For fixed quantity of dispensing of cosmetic, the inner bottom end
of the dispensing tube 11 is mounted with a retractable and elastic
ball valve plate 15, and the external side of the valve plate 15
has a valve seat 16 to cover thereof so that the valve plate 15 can
be exactly plugged onto the center through hole 17 of the valve
seat 16 and this forms into a ON and OFF control of the dispensing
of cosmetic of the container body 10. The inner bottom section of
the container body 10 is provided with a valve rod module for
spirally squeezing of cosmetic. By rotatably operation of the valve
rod 20, the end plate 21 of the valve rod 20 is pushed upward to
squeeze out the cosmetic. The dispensing end of the container is
provided with an external cap body 22 to cover the container.
[0016] When in application, the valve plate 15 and the valve seat
16 together control the pressure of the squeezing action. The valve
plate 15 is urged so that the dispensing cosmetic to the through
hole 17 is of a fixed quantity. That is, when the valve rod module
controls the squeezing, the cosmetic will be forced upward and at
the same time, the dispensing cosmetic forces open the valve plate
15 to the through hole 17 and the cosmetic will reach the cotton
head 14 at the external end of the dispensing tube 11 and the
cosmetic is evenly dispensed and is of fixed quantity. The forced
open valve plate 15 will be elastically restored to seal the
dispensing hole 17 of the valve seat 16 and the dispensing process
is interrupted. That is, the end of the dispensing tube 11 is
closed and the internal pressure of the dispensing tube 11 is
maintained, so as to at the same time control the pressure relief
of the dispensing tube 11. This will further restrict the cosmetic
from flowing out.
[0017] It will be understood that each of the elements described
above, or two or more together may also find a useful application
in other types of methods differing from the type described
above.
[0018] While certain novel features of this invention have been
shown and described and are pointed out in the annexed claim, it is
not intended to be limited to the details above, since it will be
understood that various omissions, modifications, substitutions and
changes in the forms and details of the device illustrated and in
its operation can be made by those skilled in the art without
departing in any way from the spirit of the present invention.
