Cosmetic case

Abstract

A cosmetic case comprises a main body and drawer. The main body has a box and a cover pivoted on the box, wherein the box has a receiving chamber at a top side thereof and the cover has a slot at an interior side thereof with a mirror fixed in the slot. The box further has a chamber at a bottom side thereof which is open at a front end thereof and two rails on the sidewalls of the chamber. The drawer is slidably received in the chamber of the box to be pushed into or drawn out from the chamber which has two slots engaged with the rails of the box and has at least a receiving chamber at a top side thereof. The box and the drawer further provide ribs and recesses respectively to secure the drawer when it is pushed into the chamber of the box totally.

Claims



What is claimed is:

1. A cosmetic case, comprising: a main body having a box and a cover pivoted on said box, wherein said box has a receiving chamber at a top side thereof and said cover has a slot at an interior side thereof with a mirror fixed in said slot; said box further having a chamber at a bottom side thereof which is open it a front end thereof and two rails on sidewalls of said chamber, and a drawer slidably received in said chamber of said box to be pushed into or drawn out from said chamber which has two slots engaged with said rails of said box and has at least a receiving chamber at a top side thereof.

2. The cosmetic case as defined in claim 1, wherein said box is provided with at least a recess at a sidewall of said chamber and said drawer is provided with at least a rib to be engaged with said recess when said drawer has been pushed into said chamber of said box.

3. The cosmetic case as defined in claim 1, wherein said box is provided with at least a block at a sidewall of said chamber and said drawer is provided with at least a positioner to be against said block when said drawer has been drawn out from said chamber of said box.

4. The cosmetic case as defined in claim 1, wherein said drawer has an annular flange at a top side thereof.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] 1. Field of the Invention

[0002] The present invention relates generally to a container, and more particularly to a cosmetic case.

[0003] 2. Description of the Related Art

[0004] A conventional cosmetic case only can receive a powder cake therein for user to carry it with him/her. Other types of cosmetic, such as lipstick, eyebrow pencil etc., need to be carried by other containers. It is very inconvenient to one who needs to carry a lot cosmetic with him/her.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0005] The primary objective of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic case, which can store powder case and other type of cosmetic.

[0006] The second objective of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic case, which receives the cosmetic therein safely and can prevent them form escaping out by accident.

[0007] According to the objectives of the present invention, a cosmetic case comprises a main body and a drawer. The main body has a box and a cover pivoted on the box, wherein the box has a receiving chamber at a top side thereof and the cover has a slot at an interior side thereof with a mirror fixed in the slot. The box further has a chamber at a bottom side thereof which is open at a front end thereof and has two rails on sidewalls of the chamber. The drawer is slidably received in the chamber of the box to be pushed into or drawn out from the chamber which has two slots engaged with the rails of the box and has at least a receiving chamber at a top side thereof.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0014] Please refer to FIG. 1, a cosmetic case of the first preferred embodiment of the present invention mainly comprises a main body 10 and a drawer 20, wherein

[0015] The main body 10 has a box 11 and a cover 12 having an end pivoted on the box 11. The box 11 has a receiving chamber 111 at a top side thereof and a chamber 112 at a bottom side thereof. The chamber 112 is open at a bottom side and a front side thereof. Two parallel rails 1121 are respectively disposed on distal ends of parallel sidewalls of the chamber 112. Each rail 1121 further provides a block 1122 and a recess 1123 at an end thereof adjacent to the front opening of the chamber 112. The cover 121 has a round slot 121 at an interior side thereof and a mirror 122 fixed in the slot 121.

[0016] The drawer 20 has two block portions 21 respectively at front ends of lateral sides thereof, two slots 22 respectively at bottom ends of the lateral sides, two positioners 221 respectively at rear ends of the slots 22 and two ribs 23 respectively at the lateral sides thereof adjacent to the block portions 21. The drawer 20 further has an annular flange 24 around a top side thereof and receiving chambers 25 and 26 of different shapes and sizes within the flange 24 to receive lipstick, eye shadow, eye-shadow brush etc. therein.

[0017] Please refer to FIG. 2, in combination, use the flexibility of the box 11 to receive the drawer 20 in the chamber 112 with the rails 1121 of the box 11 engaged with the slots 22 of the draw 12 such that the drawer 12 can be pushed into or drawn out from the chamber 112 of the box 11. When the drawer has been pushed into the chamber 112 of the box 11 totally, the ribs 23 of the drawer 20 will be engaged with the recesses 1123 of the box 11 such that it will secure the drawer 20 to prevent it from being drawn out by accident.

[0018] When a user exerts the drawer 20 a little harder to make to ribs 23 leaving the recesses 1123, the drawer 20 will be drawn out from the chamber 112 of the box 11 as shown in FIG. 3. The positioners 221 of the drawer 20 will be against the blocks 1122 of the box 10 to make the drawer 20 can not being drawn out further. User now can use the cosmetic received in the receiving chambers 25 and 26 of the drawer 20 and the receiving chamber 111 of the box 11 and the mirror 122 to make up.

[0019] FIG. 4 to FIG. 6 shows different type of receiving chambers 25', 26', 25", 26" and 27 with different shapes and different sizes to receive different types of cosmetic, such as lipstick, lipstick pencil, eye shadow, eye-shadow brush and powder cake etc., therein.

[0020] The advantages of the present invention are that first, the cosmetic case of the present invention has a conventional receiving chamber 111 to receiving a powder case therein as a conventional case did, except that the present invention further provides a drawer 20 with receiving chambers 25, 26, 25', 26', 25", 26" and 27 to receive extra cosmetic therein such that user only needs to carry the cosmetic case of the present invention with him/her, the case will store many types of cosmetic. Second, the drawer 20 is secured when it is pushed into the box 10 totally by the ribs 23 engaged with the recesses 1123 to prevent the drawer 20 from loosing from of the box 11 by accident.
