Claims
I claim:
1. A mascara brush having a container containing mascara and an
external cap body for covering the container, and a brush rod, for
locking the brush, characterized in that the external end edge of
the brush of the locking kit has a curve end such that when the
mascara brush is used, the bristles move smoothly along the
eyelashes.

bristles has an inclined angle or a curved surface.
3. The mascara brush of claim 1, wherein the length of the
curvature of the curved end is within 2 mm.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0001] (a) Technical Field of the Invention
[0002] The present invention relates to a brush, and in particular,
to a mascara brush with bristles having curved ends thereof. The
curvature of the bristles provides a convenient way of applying the
mascara to the eyelashes.
[0003] (b) Description of the Prior Art
[0004] FIGS. 3, 3A, 4 and 4A show a conventional mascara kit having
a container 20 for holding mascara, and an external cap body 20 for
locking the container 20. The interior of the cap body 20 is
protruded with a mascara brush 22 having spiral shape bristles 23
which can be inserted into the container to collect the mascara for
make-up. The conventional brush with mascara is to be applied to
the eyelashes, but the straight end of the bristles collect mascara
as droplets and therefore, repeating applications have to be
applied so as to evenly cover the eyelashes. Accordingly it is an
object of the present invention to provide a mascara brush
structure which can mitigate the above drawbacks.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0005] Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to
provide a container containing mascara and an external cap body for
covering the container, and a brush rod, for locking the brush,
characterized in that the external end edge of the brush of the
locking kit has a curve end such that when the mascara brush is
used, the bristles move smoothly along the eyelashes.
[0006] Yet a further object of the present invention is to provide
a structure of a mascara brush, wherein the curve end of the
bristles has an inclined angle or a curved surface.
[0007] According to a preferred embodiment of the present
invention, a mascara brush having a container containing mascara
and an external cap body for covering the container, and a brush
rod, for locking the brush is characterized in that the external
end edge of the brush of the locking kit has a curve end such that
when the mascara brush is used, the bristles move smoothly along
the eyelashes.
[0008] The foregoing object and summary provide only a brief
introduction to the present invention. To fully appreciate these
and other objects of the present invention as well as the invention
itself, all of which will become apparent to those skilled in the
art, the following detailed description of the invention and the
claims should be read in conjunction with the accompanying
drawings. Throughout the specification and drawings identical
reference numerals refer to identical or similar parts.
[0009] Many other advantages and features of the present invention
will become manifest to those versed in the art upon making
reference to the detailed description and the accompanying sheets
of drawings in which a preferred structural embodiment
incorporating the principles of the present invention is shown by
way of illustrative example.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[0010] FIG. 1 is a perspective exploded view of a mascara brush of
the present invention.
[0011] FIG 1A is an enlarged view of a portion of FIG. 1.
[0012] FIG. 2 is a schematic view showing the application of the
mascara brush of the present invention.
[0013] FIG. 2A is an enlarged view of a portion of FIG. 2.
[0014] FIG. 3 is a perspective exploded view of a conventional
mascara brush.
[0015] FIG. 3A is an enlarged view of a portion of FIG. 3.
[0016] FIG. 4 is a schematic view showing the application of the
conventional mascara brush.
[0017] FIG. 4A is an enlarged view of a portion of FIG. 4.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
[0018] The following descriptions are of exemplary embodiments
only, and are not intended to limit the scope, applicability or
configuration of the invention in any way. Rather, the following
description provides a convenient illustration for implementing
exemplary embodiments of the invention. Various changes to the
described embodiments may be made in the function and arrangement
of the elements described without departing from the scope of the
invention as set forth in the appended claims.
[0019] Referring to FIGS. 1, 1A, 2 and 2A, there is shown a
structure of a mascara brush having a container 10 filled with
mascara. An external cap body 11 is used to lock the container 10.
In accordance with the present invention, the interior of the
external cap body 11 is mounted with a mascara brush via a plastic
rod 12. A bristle section 13 for make up is mounted at the lateral
side thereof by rotating. The bristle 14 is arranged to allow the
insertion into the container 10. The end of the bristle 14 is
formed into a curved end 15 and the angle of the curvature can be
large or small and can also be an inclined angle. The length of the
curvature is within 2 mm and the external end edge of the bristle
14 has an extended inclined surface. When in application, the
curved end section 15 allows a smooth application so that the
entire brush can closely brush along the eyelashes, and the mascara
gathered at the bristle is more.
[0020] As shown in FIG. 2, the brush provides a convenient make up
to the eyelashes. The extended curved end 15 of the bristle 14 can
be fabricated so that the end edge of the bristle 14 is combined
with the plastic rod 12. Accordingly, the present invention
provides a mascara brush which can make up along a curvature.
[0021] It will be understood that each of the elements described
above, or two or more together may also find a useful application
in other types of methods differing from the type described
above.
[0022] While certain novel features of this invention have been
shown and described and are pointed out in the annexed claim, it is
not intended to be limited to the details above, since it will be
understood that various omissions, modifications, substitutions and
changes in the forms and details of the device illustrated and in
its operation can be made by those skilled in the art without
departing in any way from the spirit of the present invention.
