Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] I. Field of the Invention

[0002] This invention relates generally to a packaging box with cleaning function and, more specifically, to a packaging box with cleaning function that can have the optical coating lenses packed directly for supersonic wave cleaning or washing, and drying up to achieve simplified, fast cleaning and packaging.

[0003] II. Description of the Prior Art

[0004] Heretofore, it is known that in the manufacturing process of the electro-optical coating lenses, after the lens is coated, it has to be placed into a slot (a3) of a clean-up basket (a) (as shown in FIG. 5), then the clean-up basket (a) filled up with lenses (c) is placed into a supersonic wave water tank for cleaning up; after cleaning up, the clean-up basket (a) is taken out to dry up all the lens (c); after drying up all the lenses (c) have to be taken out manually from the clean-up basket (a) and inserted into the slot (b3) with a bottom (b2) of the carrier (b1) of the packaging box (b) (as shown in FIG. 3, FIG. 4), finally cover with a top (b4) to finish the packaging. Based on above description, the most disadvantage is to place the lenses (c) into the clean-up basket (a) and then remove the lenses (c) from the clean-up basket (a) to the carrier (b1) manually, the procedure not only increase and waste manpower but also might cause stains on the surface of those lenses to degrade the quality.

[0005] A perspective view of the prior art, as shown in FIG. 5, the clean-up basket (a) consists of a frame (a1) and several sticks (a2) span over the two sides of the frame (a1), on both sides of the stick (a2) has several indentation (a3) in wave shape, every lens (c) is held vertically by two indentation (a3) of two neighboring sticks (a2), several supporting sticks (a4) are on the bottom of the frame (a1) to hold the bottom of the lenses (c). A plurality number of long hole (a5) are on both sides of the frame (a1) to adjust the width of two neighboring sticks (a2) for different size of lenses (c); the stick (a2) passes through the long hole (a5) and is fastened by nut (a6) on both ends of the long hole (a5). The known prior art is very complex and not very convenient to apply, the adjustment of the width of stick (a2) for different size of lenses (c) also influences the process. Certain parts of the traditional clean-up basket (a) are made of metal, after sometimes, they might be oxidized that might causes stains to the lenses (c). The known clean-up basket (a) are also very expensive.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0006] It is therefore a primary object of the present invention to provide a packaging box with cleaning function comprising a carrier in tray shape and a top cover, several slots are on the carrier, several indentations are vertically on both sides of the slot, every corresponding pair of the indentations is to place a optical coating lens, such mechanism can reduce the numbers of optical coating lenses movements to make cleaning, drying up and packaging finished within the same carrier to reduce the overall cost.

[0007] It is a further objective of the present invention to provide a packaging box with cleaning function in which reduces the numbers of optical coating lenses movements, such mechanism can avoid the optical coating lenses from staining for better quality.

[0008] It is another objective of the present invention to provide a packaging box with cleaning function in which applies no metal material, no oxidation will happen to stain the optical coating lenses, such mechanism can offer better quality products.

[0009] It is still a further objective of the present invention to provide a packaging box with cleaning function in which the carrier can be applied as a clean-up basket for a short period of time, to avoid the expensive cost and the width adjustment problems of prior art.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0010] The accomplishment of the above-mentioned object of the present invention will become apparent from the following description and its accompanying drawings which disclose illustrative an embodiment of the present invention, and are as follows:

[0011] FIG. 1 is an explosive view of the present invention;

[0012] FIG. 2 is a partial cross-sectional view of a carrier in accordance with the present invention;

[0013] FIG. 3 is an assembly view of a packaging box of the prior art;

[0014] FIG. 4 is a partial cross-sectional view of a packaging box of the prior art;

[0015] FIG. 5 is a schematic drawing of a clean-up basket of the prior art.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

[0016] Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the present invention is composed of a carrier 10 in tray shape and a top cover 20; several slot 11 are on the carrier 10, several indentation 12 are vertically on both sides of the slot 11, every corresponding pair of the indentation 12 is to place a optical coating lens 30.

[0017] Based on above structure, the bottom 11a of the slot 11 has a long open 11b, the bottom 11a is inclined downward; a plurality numbers of small hole 14 are on top 13 (or higher location) of the carrier 10; the inclined bottom 11a are in funnel shape (as shown in FIG. 2) not only easier to drain water but also can hold the optical coating lens 30 in the indentation 12; the small hole 14 can exhaust air when the carrier 10 is placed into the water tank but also drain water easier when the carrier 10 is taken out of the water tank.

[0018] The optical coating lens 30 are placed vertically into the indentation 12 of the slot 11 while finish plating, the carrier 10 and all the optical coating lens 30 are placed into water tank (not shown in FIG) to clean with supersonic wave or clean water; after cleaning up, all the water will flow along the inclined bottom 11a and go out from the long open 11b; the top cover 20 is on after all dry up. Such scheme can achieve manpower, manufacturing cost saving and avoid human stains and traditional clean-up basket oxidation stains for better quality.

[0019] Referring to FIG. 2, the top 13 of the carrier 10 is inclined (or double inclined) up to keep water from staying; such scheme can achieve faster water flowing.

[0020] Referring to FIG. 1, a bottom cover 40 is added to achieve complete dust-free effect.

[0021] While a preferred embodiment of the invention has been shown and described in detail, it will be readily understood and appreciated that numerous omissions, changes and additions may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
