Twister structure

Abstract

A twister structure is formed with an upper disc and a lower disc combined together, the upper disc having a recess for an inductive coil to seat therein and the inductive coil is secured by a fixture plate, the inductive coil being connected with a number of feet of lighting devices which have their lighting parts extending out of transparent holes and exposing outwardly from said upper disc to emit light, a magnetic ring being sleeved onto a shaft on the lower disc, a bearing ring with bearings is placed in the upper and the lower discs when the two discs are enclosed. The magnetic ring will be wrapped by the inductive coil, thus when a user steps on the twister and swings his/her body, the upper disc will slide with the rolling of the bearings with respect to the lower disc, and the inductive coil spins with respect to the magnetic ring to generate electric power which is then supplied to lighting devices to activate lighting system.

Claims

I claim:

1. A twister structure comprising an upper disc, and a lower disc, said upper disc having a recess at an inner center bottom to accommodate an inductive coil therein and said inductive coil being secured by a fixture plate, said inductive coil being connected with a plurality of feet of light devices which have their lighting ends extending through transparent holes and being exposed outwardly from said upper disc, a magnetic ring being sleeved onto a shaft of said lower disc, a bearing ring with bearings being placed in said upper and said lower discs when said two discs are combined, said magnetic ring being wrapped by said inductive coil.
Description

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

[0001] This invention relates to a twister, and more particularly to a twister structure having a self-generated lighting system.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0002] There are many twisters on the market to help people to take exercise. The structure of the product mostly comprises an upper disc and a lower disc sealed together with bearings located in between the two discs. When a user stands on the upper disc and swings his/her body, the upper disc will spin with respect to the lower disc by the rolling of the bearings. This exercise helps the user reduce his/her fat in the waist.

[0003] The conventional twister has later derived with nods protruding upwards from the upper disc so that provides a message effect when a user steps on the disc. However, this design is simple and can hardly attract consumers' attention.

[0004] In view of this and many other shortcomings of the conventional twister, the inventor has invented the present invention, which is more attractive to consumer.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0005] It is the primary object of the present invention to provide a twister, which comprises self-generated lighting system for attraction.

[0006] It is another object of the present invention to provide a twister, which provides exercise to reduce fat on a user's body.

[0007] It is a further object of the present invention to provide a twister, which is easy to install and safe in use.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0008] FIG. 1 is an exploded view of the present invention;

[0009] FIG. 2 is a side view of FIG. 1, partially sectioned; and

[0010] FIG. 3 is a perspective view of a user operating the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

[0011] A twister of the present invention comprises an upper disc 1, a lower disc 2, bearings 3, a bearing ring 4, a shaft 5 having a nut 51 and a washer 52.

[0012] The upper disc 1 has a recess 12 at the inner bottom surrounding a center hole 11 to accommodate an inductive coil 6 therein. The inductive coil 6 is connected with a plurality of feet 71 of lighting devices 7, which have their lighting ends extending through transparent holes 13 and being exposed outwardly. The recess 12 provides a number of posts 14 for receiving bolts 81 to secure a fixture plate 8 which covers the inductive coil 6 to the recess 12. A magnetic ring 9 is sleeved on the shaft 5 on the lower disc 2, and the bearing ring 4 is seated on the lower disc 2 and enclosed in the upper disc 1 and the lower disc 2., whereas the inductive coil 6 is relative to the magnetic ring 9.

[0013] FIG. 3 shows a user standing on the upper disc 1 of the twister of the present invention, when the user spins his/her body, which forces the upper disc 1 to spin with respect to the lower disc 2, by means of rolling of the bearings 3. This movement helps the user to burn the fat on his/her waist. During the spin of the upper disc 1, the inductive coil 6 spins simultaneously with respect to the magnetic ring 9 and generates electric power, which is supplied to the lighting devices 7 to activate the lighting system.
