Method for twisting and covering interchanged spinning

Abstract

The present invention refers to a method for twisting and covering interchanged spinning. It utilizes a programmed way to control the ring spinning frame in producing twisted and covered structures thus spinning composite yarns. The method feeds filament or staple yarn into different selected positions in the spinning triangle upon the tension interchange to rapidly spin two different structured yarns, therefore, enriches variety of the woven fabric and increase the industrial value.

Claims

What is claimed is:

1. A method for twisting and covering interchanged spinning using a program to control the mobile mechanism, guiding a filament or staple yarn into the spinning triangle formed by staple bundles, wherein the composite yarns are ingeniously woven by way of moving the mobile mechanism horizontally to feed the filament or staple yarn into different positions in the spinning triangle and thus complete the composite yarns of interchanged twisted and covered structures.

2. The method for twisting and covering interchanged spinning, as described in claim 1, wherein that feeds filament or staple yarn that can be dyed in different colors and therefore makes the composite yarn possess interchanged colors.

3. The method for twisting and covering interchanged spinning, as described in claim 1, wherein that uses a computer program to control the frequency and time the mobile mechanism moves horizontally.

4. The method for twisting and covering interchanged spinning, as described in claim 1, wherein that uses filament of chemical fiber or reproduced fiber elements.

5. The method for twisting and covering interchanged spinning, as described in claim 1, wherein that uses staple yarn of natural fiber, reproduced fiber elements or chemical fiber.
Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The spinning of conventional ring spinning frame is mostly covering and twisting. Generally, as shown in FIG. 1 & FIG. 2, a yarn guiding wheel is set above the front top roller on the press arm of the conventional spinning frame to guide the fed filament or staple yarn (1) into the front roller (6) and out with the staple bundle. Then through twisting mechanism the bundle is made into composite yarn. The key to decide whether twisted or covered yarn depends on the chosen position where the filament or staple yarn is fed into the spinning triangle (2). When the filament or staple yarn enters from the outward side of the staple bundle into any side of the spinning triangle, the twisted yarn (4) is made, whereas the filament or staple yarn enters from the inward side of the staple bundle into the central part of the triangle, the covered yarn (3) is achieved. The frame can work on either position at a time and structures of the two yarns are simple and lacking variety.

[0002] The present invention provides with a manufacturing method to make use of an automatic guiding wheel to change the entering position of the yarn freely and simultaneously gain the composite of twisted and covered yarn in the same spinning. Now the features and advantages of the invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0003] FIG. 1 is a plan view showing a planning to produce covered yarn.

[0004] FIG. 2 is a plan view showing a planning to produce twisted yarn.

[0005] FIG. 3 is a plan view showing the production procedure according to the invention.

[0006] FIG. 4 is a flow chart showing the system control according to the invention.

[0007] FIG. 5 is a plan view showing the structure of the yarn (A) produced according to the invention.

[0008] FIG. 6 is a plan view showing the structure of the yarn (B) produced according to the invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0009] As shown in FIGS. 3 & 4, the present invention feeds two kinds of materials into the ring spinning frame to manufacture composite yarn, i.e., a method for twisting and covering interchanged spinning that manufactures product with both twisted and covered structures in order to enhance additional value. The materials used include a filament or staple yarn (1) and a staple bundle (10), which is guided by a set of rollers and then output from the front roller (6) in a sequence to go through the mobile mechanism (7) placed in the spinning triangle (2) formed in front of the front roller by the filament or staple yarn, and the staple bundle. The spinning triangle is actually built by feeding the filament or staple yarn, which goes by a mobile mechanism, into the front roller and together with the staple bundle forming the triangle where the composite of twisted and covered yarn is spinned.

[0010] The process is control by a programmed (72) computer (71) to make the mobile mechanism move horizontally and hence program the speed of the filament or staple yarn to change the correspondent positions the filament or staple yarn fed into the spinning triangle. Respectively, the composite yarn (51) of twisting and covering structures are produced and twined onto the bobbin (9) by the snail wire (8).

[0011] Based on the above method, the composite yarn (5) manufactured by the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 5, 6, is composed partly of covered structure (51) and twisted structure (52) of the other part in turns. The rotation is controlled by the program that moves the mobile mechanism (7) horizontally at a blink to decide the correspondent position of the filament or staple yarn (1) when they enter the spinning triangle (2) and eventually gain the inventive spinning effect.

[0012] In application, the materials can be of different texture and dyed the interchanged twisted and covered structures in different colors to make yarns of great variety. In addition, the length of the twisted and covered structure can be varied with the frequency and time of the mobile mechanism that is changed by the program. In this case, more variety of the texture is provided and the value is increased meanwhile.

[0013] All in all, the method of this present invention is indeed able to manufacture composite yarns of covered and twisted structure rapidly and also control in subtlety to achieve products of great variety. It has tremendous industrial value and absolutely well-deserved the patent grant.
