Three-dimensional spatial shoe vamp

Abstract

The present invention is a three-dimensional spatial shoe vamp, including multiple longitudinal straps, latitudinal straps, and support straps. The longitudinal straps and the latitudinal straps respectively overlap each other in an intersecting manner along longitudinal and latitudinal directions. The support straps, the longitudinal straps and the latitudinal straps form a triangular relationship. The support straps pass through the longitudinal straps and the latitudinal straps in a corrugated manner. Each of the support straps initially crosses a top of each of the longitudinal straps, and then crosses a bottom of each of the latitudinal straps. Thus, the longitudinal straps, the latitudinal straps and the support straps may intersect and knit a three-dimensional spatial shoe vamp which has a substantially triangular spatial structure.

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] 1. Field of the Invention

[0002] The present invention relates to a three-dimensional spatial shoe vamp, and more particularly to a three-dimensional spatial shoe vamp that may provide variation of different colors and viewing effects from different orientations, so that the shoe vamp may present the effect of various and diverse variations, thereby greatly enhancing the aesthetic quality of the shoe vamp.

[0003] 2. Description of the Related Art

[0004] A conventional shoe vamp cloth in accordance with the prior art comprises multiple longitudinal straps and latitudinal straps respectively overlapping each other in an intersecting manner along longitudinal and latitudinal directions, thereby forming a planar knitting shoe vamp. The conventional shoe vamp cloth has a simple and monotonous outer appearance, so lacking variation. For increasing the variation of the conventional shoe vamp, it is necessary to print or sew patterns, trademarks or characters on the shoe vamp, thereby complicating the process of fabrication, increasing the manual work and the cost, and thereby increasing the price of the shoe product. Thus, conventional shoe vamp cloth has a simple and monotonous outer appearance, has a complicated process of fabrication, and lacks variation.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0005] The present invention has arisen to mitigate and/or obviate the disadvantage of the conventional shoe vamp cloth.

[0006] The primary objective of the present invention is to provide a three-dimensional spatial shoe vamp that may provide variation of different colors and viewing effects from different orientations, so that the shoe vamp may present the effect of various and diverse variations, thereby greatly enhancing the aesthetic quality of the shoe vamp.

[0007] Another objective of the present invention is to provide a three-dimensional spatial shoe vamp, wherein the spatial effect of the shoe vamp of the present invention is formed by the knitting process, thereby simplifying the process of fabrication, reducing the manual work and the cost, thereby reducing the price of the product, and thereby increasing the quality of the product.

[0008] In accordance with the primary characteristic of the present invention, there is provided a three-dimensional spatial shoe vamp, comprising multiple longitudinal straps, latitudinal straps, and support straps, wherein:

[0009] the longitudinal straps and the latitudinal straps respectively overlap each other in an intersecting manner along longitudinal and latitudinal directions, the support straps, the longitudinal straps and the latitudinal straps form a triangular relationship, the support straps pass through the longitudinal straps and the latitudinal straps in a corrugated manner, each of the support straps initially crosses a top of each of the longitudinal straps, and then crosses a bottom of each of the latitudinal straps, the longitudinal straps, the latitudinal straps and the support straps may intersect and knit a three-dimensional spatial shoe vamp which has a substantially triangular spatial structure.

[0010] Further benefits and advantages of the present invention will become apparent after a careful reading of the detailed description with appropriate reference to the accompanying drawings.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0011] FIG. 1 is a plan view of a three-dimensional spatial shoe vamp in accordance with a preferred embodiment of the present invention;

[0012] FIG. 2 is a perspective schematic view of a first direction of the three-dimensional spatial shoe vamp in accordance with a preferred embodiment of the present invention;

[0013] FIG. 3 is a perspective schematic view of a second direction of the three-dimensional spatial shoe vamp in accordance with a preferred embodiment of the present invention;

[0014] FIG. 4 is a perspective schematic view of a third direction of the three-dimensional spatial shoe vamp in accordance with a preferred embodiment of the present invention; and

[0015] FIG. 5 is a schematic view of the three-dimensional spatial shoe vamp in accordance with a preferred embodiment of the present invention, wherein the three-dimensional spatial shoe vamp is used on one of a pair of shoes.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0016] Referring to the drawings and initially to FIG. 1, a three-dimensional spatial shoe vamp in accordance with a preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises multiple strands of longitudinal straps 1, latitudinal straps 2, and support straps 3.

[0017] The longitudinal straps 1 and the latitudinal straps 2 respectively overlap each other in an intersecting manner along the longitudinal and latitudinal directions at proper angles.

[0018] In the intersecting overlapping manner of the longitudinal straps 1 and the latitudinal straps 2, each of the longitudinal straps 1 is mounted on the top of each of the latitudinal straps 2, and the support straps 3, the longitudinal straps 1 and the latitudinal straps 2 form a triangular relationship. Then, the support straps 3 pass through the longitudinal straps 1 and the latitudinal straps 2 in a corrugated manner.

[0019] In the knitting manner of the support straps 3, each of the support straps 3 initially crosses the top of each of the longitudinal straps 1, and then crosses the bottom of each of the latitudinal straps 2 as shown in FIGS. 2-4.

[0020] By the above-mentioned knitting manufacturing process, the longitudinal straps 1, the latitudinal straps 2 and the support straps 3 may intersect and knit a shoe vamp cloth which has a substantially triangular spatial structure.

[0021] In addition, each of the longitudinal straps 1, the latitudinal straps 2 and the support straps 3 is a knitting strap. Alternatively, each of the longitudinal straps 1, the latitudinal straps 2 and the support straps 3 may be made of leather material, plastic material or other material.

[0022] Preferably, in accordance with a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the support straps 3 may have colors different from that of the longitudinal straps 1 and the latitudinal straps 2.

[0023] Preferably, in accordance with a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the support straps 3, the longitudinal straps 1 and the latitudinal straps 2 may have colors different from each other.

[0024] Thus, the longitudinal straps 1, the latitudinal straps 2 and the support straps 3 of different colors may make a shoe vamp that may present variation of different colors, patterns or streaks from different angles, thereby greatly enhancing the aesthetic quality of the shoe vamp.

[0025] As shown in FIG. 5, By the above-mentioned knitting manufacturing process of the present invention, the shoe vamp may provide variation of different colors and viewing effects from different orientations, so that the shoe vamp may present the effect of various and diverse variations, thereby greatly enhancing the aesthetic quality of the shoe vamp. In addition, the spatial effect of the shoe vamp of the present invention is formed by the knitting process, thereby simplifying the process of fabrication, reducing the manual work and the cost, thereby reducing the price of the product, and thereby increasing the quality of the product.

[0026] Although the invention has been explained in relation to its preferred embodiment as mentioned above, it is to be understood that many other possible modifications and variations can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention. It is, therefore, contemplated that the appended claim or claims will cover such modifications and variations that fall within the true scope of the invention.
