Structure improvement for adjustable interval of a display
frame
Abstract
A structure improvement for adjustable interval of a display
frame is composed of a base and plural separating boards. There are
plural longitudinal concave groves on the base. Further,
perpendicular to the direction of the longitudinal concave groves,
there is more than one cross-wise rod on the base. Under the lower
end of the separating board further includes more than one
fastening block. The shape of the fastening block is "L", which is
used for setting in the cross-wise rod to prevent itself from
moving forward and backward and for fastening the separating boards
more steady on the base. The structure of the separating board is
stable. And, another blocking apparatus is installed at the
fore-portion of the separating board, as putting the drink bottles
or cans between the separating boards, the blocking apparatus will
prevent the drink bottles or cans from falling down.

Claims
What is claimed is:
1. A structure improvement of adjustable interval of a display
frame is composed of: a base, on which further includes plural rods
of identical intervals forming plural longitudinal concave groves
on the base and more than one cross-wise rods included in the
longitudinal concave grove in the direction perpendicular to the
longitudinal concave grove; plural separating boards, on which
further includes more than one fastening block under each lower
portion, with which the board is fastened and fixed inside the
longitudinal concave grove of the base, and a blocking apparatus
installed in the fore portion of the separating board.
2. The structure improvement of adjustable interval of a display
frame according to claim 1, wherein the blocking apparatus further
includes plural setting-in, hooking groves installed in the fore
portion of the separation board and a blocking rod which can be set
inside the setting-in, hooking grove.
3. The structure improvement of adjustable interval of a display
frame according to claim 1, wherein the fastening block is
"L"-shaped.
4. The structure improvement of adjustable interval of a display
frame according to claim 3, wherein the fastening block may be set
inside with the cross-wise rod to block itself from moving back and
forth and completely fix the separating board on the base.
5. The structure improvement of adjustable interval of a display
frame according to claim 1, wherein some heights of plural side
surfaces of rods are different than others.
Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[0001] The present invention relates to a structure improvement for
adjustable interval of a display frame, especially, for a frame
with plural separating boards fixed on the base by fastening
structure, and the structure of separating board is stable and
difficult to be deformed.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002] The more changes of life style of this country people, the
more they rely on the convenience store. There are many kinds of
display frame for placing the drink cans or bottles in the
convenience store. However, there are many shortcomings in the
prior display frames (as shown in FIG. 1(A) and FIG. 1(B)). The
major defect is each row of the drink cans C is separated by a
lateral side A of "" shape, which is only positioned and fixed by
two positioning holes E on both ends. In structure, due to be
supported only by two ends located at fore and rear portion of the
lateral side A, of which structure is very unstable. And, due to
the number of positioning hole E is limited, sometimes, it is
difficult to adjust appropriated intervals in accordance with the
width of drink cans C. When the width between each lateral side A
is wider than the width of the can C, it may result a squeezing and
pushing situation for each drink can C and cause the deformation of
the drink can C. And, due to the structure of the lateral side A is
unstable, it may easily cause the lateral side A deformed and
damaged. Additionally, one tri-pass tube B is installed on each
lateral side A of the outer portion of the prior art of display
frame. By two tri-pass tubes B to connect and fix a metal thread D
will prevent the drink cans C from falling down. But since only
with two tri-pass tubes B on two sides, and there is no other
support between them, the blocking effect is no good and drink cans
C will fall down easily, so it is very dangerous.
[0003] In order to improve the shortcomings of above-mentioned
prior apparatus, the most distinguished characteristic of the
present invention is applying an apparatus of the separating board
in lieu of the lateral side A in the prior art. In structure
strength, there are more improvements of the separating board of
the present invention than the lateral side of prior art. Further,
since the separating board is fastened inside the several concave
groves on the base, so the distance between the separating boards
can be adjusted in accordance with the width of the drink cans C.
It is more flexible by comparing with the lateral side of the prior
art, which can only be adjusted by the positioning holes on the
fore and the back edges of the frame. Furthermore, there is another
blocking apparatus of the present invention, which can surely
prevent the drink can C from falling down, and which is stronger
than the metal thread connected by two tri-pass tubes in prior
apparatus, and which may surely improve the shortcomings of the
prior art.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0004] The major object of the present invention is to provide a
structure improvement of adjustable interval of a display frame.
The present invention applies plural separating boards with strong
structure, which can be fastened inside the longitudinal concave
groves for the adjustment of interval between two adjacent boards
to replace the lateral sides of the prior art which can only be
fastened in their fore and rear portions.
[0005] The second object of the present invention is to provide a
structure improvement of adjustable interval of a display frame, in
which fore portion is installed a firm blocking apparatus to
prevent placed articles from falling down.
[0006] To reach above-mentioned objects, a structure improvement of
adjustable interval of a display frame is composed of a base and
plural separating boards. There are plural longitudinal concave
groves on the base. Further, perpendicular to the direction of the
longitudinal concave groves, there is more than one cross-wise rod
on the base. Under the lower end of the separating board further
includes more than one fastening block. The shape of the fastening
block is "L", which is used for setting in the cross-wise rod to
prevent itself from moving forward and backward and for fastening
the separating boards more steady on the base. And, another
blocking apparatus is installed at the fore-portion of the
separating board, as putting the drink bottles or cans between the
separating boards, the blocking apparatus will prevent the drink
bottles or cans from falling down.

adjustable interval of a display frame of the present invention, a
detailed explanation in accordance with several diagrams are as
following:

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0014] Please refer to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, which are two
illustrations for the base 1 and the separating board 2 of the
present invention respectively. There are plural rods 13 of
identical intervals forming plural longitudinal concave groves 12
on the base 1. The separating board 2 is fixed inside the
longitudinal concave grove 12. Under lower end of the separating
board, there is more than one fastening block 21. The shape of the
fastening block 21 is "L". The fastening block 21 may be set inside
the longitudinal concave grove 12 under the base 1. Perpendicular
to the direction of the separation board 2, more than one
cross-wise rods 11 are further included inside the longitudinal
concave grove 12. The number of the cross-wise rod is greater than
one, which is not necessary equal to the number of the fastening
block 21. The design of "L"-shaped structure of the fastening block
21 may make itself set inside the longitudinal concave grove 12 and
push forward. By the application of the setting of the cross-wise
rod on the turning portion of the "L"-shaped design may make the
fastening block 21, which set inside the longitudinal concave grove
12, further steady and without back and forth moving. Furthermore,
the blocking apparatus of the present invention is composed of
several setting-in, hooking groves 22, which are located in the
fore portion of the separation board 2 and provide with a blocking
rod 3, which is set-in and fixed inside the setting-in, hooking
grove 22 of each separating boards 2.
[0015] Please refer to the illustration of the FIG. 4 for the most
preferable embodiment of the present invention. The embodiment
applies the present invention to place the drink cans C. As shown
in the diagram, more than one separating boards 2 are fixed on the
base 1 by the fastening blocks 21. The distance between each
separating board 2 can be adjusted in accordance with the width of
drink cans C. Furthermore, by a blocking rod 3, which is set-in and
hooked inside the setting-in, hooking grove 22 in the fore portion
of each separation board, it may form a blocking apparatus to
prevent the drink cans C from falling down.
[0016] The most distinguished characteristics of the present
invention are the longitudinal concave grove 12 on the base and the
design of the cross-wise rod 11. Each separating board 2 can be
easily pulled off and set in the base 1. Since the design of the
number the longitudinal concave grove 12 is plentiful and dense, so
the distance and the position of each separating board 2 can be
adjusted in accordance with the actual width of the drink cans C to
improve the lateral side A of the display frame of the prior
art,which separates the drink cans C by positioning the fore and
rear positioning holes E. In the prior art, the scope of the
adjustable width is limited and causes the drink cans C to be
squeezed or loosely arranged. Because most design of the display
frame is slanted forward, as the most outer drink can C is taken
off, the drink cans C placed in the rear row will slide forward
automatically. To prevent the drink cans C from falling down, the
setting-in, hooking grove is designed in every fore portion of each
separating board 2 of the present invention. With a blocking rod 3
set and fastened inside the setting-in, hooking grove 22 on the
fore portion of each separating board 2, it will block the drink
cans C from sliding down to ground to improve the shortcomings and
insufficiency of the prior apparatus.
