Description

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The present invention relates to an improved structure of a bathing brush and more particularly, to a bathing brush of simple assembly and greatly reduced cost.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0002] As shown in FIG. 1, a prior art bathing brush comprises a elastic net tube 10a, a hold part 20a, and a constricting part 30a. The elastic net tube 10a has predetermined length and diameter. The elastic net tube 10a is pushed to let its peripheral edge form continually folded undulations along the axis thereof.

[0003] The hold part 20a is disposed outside the elastic net tube 10a. A first fixing portion 21a, a second fixing portion 22a, and at least a third fixing portion 23a between the first and second fixing portions 21a and 22a are disposed on the hold part 20a. The three fixing portions 21a, 22a, and 23a are spaced at a predetermined distance and roughly arranged along a straight line, which extends roughly parallel to the axis of the elastic net tube 10a.

[0004] The constricting part 30a has predetermined length and flexibility. The constricting part 30a has a first joining portion 31a, a second joining portion 32a, a pressing portion 34a between the first and second joining portions 31a and 32a, and a third joining portion 33a corresponding to the third fixing portion 23a. The three joining portions 31a, 32a, and 33a are spaced at a predetermined distance.

[0005] The first joining portion 31a is used to fix part material of one end of the elastic net tube 10a on the first fixing portion 21a. The second joining portion 32a is used to fix part material of the other end of the elastic net tube 10a on the second fixing portion 22a. The pressing part 34a is used to press the middle portion of the elastic net tube 10a on the portion of the hold part 20a between the first and second fixing portions 21a and 22a. The third joining portion 33a is used to fix the pressing portion 34a on the corresponding third fixing portion 23a.

[0006] When the above bathing brush is assembled, the elastic net tube 10a needs to be first sleeved on two parallel rods (not shown), the constricting part 30a then passes through the first, second, and third fixing portions 21a, 22a, and 23a of the hold part 20a, and the pressing portion 34a is used to press the middle portion of the elastic net tube 10a on the hold part 20a, thereby fixing the elastic net tube 10a on the hold part 20a. However, passing and twisting of the constricting part 30a is very difficult in practical embodiment, resulting in labor-consuming and time-consuming assembly and thus substantial increase of the production cost.

[0007] Accordingly, the above bathing brush has inconvenience and drawbacks in production. The present invention aims to resolve the problems in the prior art.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0008] The primary object of the present invention is to provide an improved structure of a bathing brush, wherein a connection belt is used to constrict and fix a bathing ball thereof on a disk body. The passing and twisting of the connection belt through fixing holes of the disk body is very simple. Moreover, after the bathing ball is fixed on the disk body, it is only necessary to use a locking device to connect the disk body on a hold part. The assembly is simple, laborsaving, and timesaving, hence greatly reducing the production cost and thus effectively enhancing competitive capability in the market.

[0009] To achieve the above object, the present invention provides an improved structure of a bathing brush, which comprises a bathing ball, a disk body, a hold part, and a locking device. The disk body has a plurality of fixing holes thereon. A connection belt is used to wind around the bathing ball. The connection belt also passes through the fixing holes of the disk body. Two ends of the connection belt are tied together. The connection belt is used to constrict and fix the bathing ball on the disk body. The hold part has a connection portion. The locking device is disposed between the disk body and the connection portion to lock the disk body on the connection portion of the hold part. A bathing brush is thus formed.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0019] As shown in FIGS. 2 to 5, the present invention provides an improved structure of a bathing brush, which comprises a bathing ball 10, a disk body 20, and a hold part 30. The bathing ball 10 is made of elastic net tube. The bathing ball is pushed to let its peripheral edge form continually folded undulations along the axis thereof. The bathing ball 10 is not necessarily made of elastic net tube, and can be made of net of other shapes. The bathing ball 10 can be constricted by a connection belt 11 and thus fixed on the disk body 20. Of course, the count of the bathing ball 10 can increase according to necessity, and various kinds of colors can be adopted to enhance delicacy.

[0020] The disk body 20 is a flat body of elliptic or other shapes. The disk body 20 has a plurality of through holes 21 thereon. The through holes 21 overspread the disk body 20 to facilitate discharge of water. The disk body 20 also has a plurality of fixing holes 22 and 23. The bore diameter of the fixing holes 22 and 23 is larger than that of the through holes 21. In this embodiment, there are totally six fixing holes 22 and 23, wherein the two first fixing holes 22 are disposed near the center of the disk body 20, and the other four second fixing holes 23 are disposed near the edge of the disk body 20. The four second fixing holes 23 are equiangularly disposed at 90 degrees. The edge of the disk body 20 forms a slightly projective first annular locking portion 24 to be locked on the hold part 30.

[0021] The connection belt 11 can be used to pass through the midst of the bathing ball 10. Two ends of the connection belt 11 passes through the two first fixing holes 22 in the midst of the disk body 20. The two ends of the connection belt 11 are then tied together, thus forming a single-line shaped connection belt to constrict and fix the bathing ball 10 on the disk body 20, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5.

[0022] Please refer to FIG. 6. In addition to using the connection belt 11 to pass through the two first fixing holes 22 in the midst of the disk body 20 and thus fix the bathing ball 10, the present invention can also use the connection belt 11 to pass through the four second fixing holes 23 near the edge of the disk body 20 and thus fix the bathing ball 10. Through providing different ways of passing and twisting the connection belt 11 to fix the bathing ball 10, the bathing ball 10 can form different shapes. In this embodiment, the connection belt 11 forms a crossed shape when viewed from behind the disk body 20.

[0023] The hold part 30 is a rod shape. Of course, the shape, size, and, length of the hold part 30 can vary according to necessity, as shown in FIG. 7. The only requirement is that it can be conveniently held by a user. The hold part 30 has a connection portion 31 of a larger area corresponding to the disk body 20. The connection portion 31 is a hollow shell body open at the front side face thereof. The inner edge of the connection portion 31 forms a slightly projective second annular locking portion 32. The second locking portion 32 is locked with the first locking portion 24 to form a locking device, which lets the disk body 20 be locked on the connection portion 31 of the hold part 30. Thereby, the bathing ball 10, the disk body 20, and the hold part 30 can be joined together. An improved structure of a bathing brush of the present invention is thus formed.

[0024] The present invention uses the connection belt 11 to constrict and fix the bathing ball 10 on the disk body 20. The passing and twisting of the connection belt 11 through the fixing holes 22 or 23 of the disk body 20 is very simple. Moreover, after the bathing ball 10 is fixed on the disk body 20, it is only necessary to use the locking device formed of the first locking portion 24 and the second locking portion 32 for connecting the disk body 20 on the hold part 30. The assembly of the present invention is simple, laborsaving, and timesaving, hence greatly reducing the production cost and effectively enhancing competitive capability in the market.

[0025] Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 8, the fixing holes 22 and 23 of the disk body 20 can also be connected with perforations 221 and 231, respectively. The perforations 221 and 231 can be used to mesh the connection belt 11 passing through the fixing holes 22 and 23 to prevent the connection belt 11 from loosening. Therefore, the connection belt 11 will more firmly constrict and fix the bathing ball 10 on the disk body 20.

[0026] Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments thereof, it will be understood that the invention is not limited to the details thereof. Various substitutions and modifications have been suggested in the foregoing description, and others will occur to those of ordinary skill in the art. Therefore, all such substitutions and modifications are intended to be embraced within the scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
