Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[0001] The present invention relates to an audio and video effect
flight toy, wherein a disk is installed with light emitting pieces
at many places, and a circuit unit is installed in the disk, which
is formed by light emitting diodes and a buzzer. As a user drags a
drag handle, the disk will separate from the rod by an eccentric
force and then fly to the sky. No only the buzzer emits a voice,
but also the rotary disk will emit light to present a light
effect.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, a prior art flight toy is
illustrated. The audio and video effect flight toy of the present
invention has a rod 1a and a disk 2a. The rod 1a has a supporter
11a, a pulley 12a, and a drag handle 13a. A top of the supporter
11a has a groove 111a. A pin 112a is disposed in the supporter 11a.
The supporter 11a is connected to the pulley 12a. The pulley 12a is
installed with an annular trench 121a for being wound by a slender
rope 122a. Another end of the slender rope 122a is tied to the drag
handle 13a. The bottom of the pulley 12a is installed with a hook
123a. The hook 123a serves to hook an elastic element 124a. Another
end of the elastic element 124a is connected to the pin 112a. The
disk 2a includes a round disk 21a, four blades 22 and an outer ring
23a. The bottom of the round disk 21a is made of transparent
material. The bottom of the round disk 21 is installed with a post
211a. The post 211a is connected to a retainer 212a. The post 211a
and retainer 212a of the round disk 21a are engaged to the grove
111a at the top of the rod 1a. The blades 22a are connected to the
round disk 21a. Another end of each blade 22a is connected to the
outer ring 23a.
[0003] When the user pulls the drag handle 13a, the slender rope
122a is pulled to drive the pulley 12a to rotate. As it is pulled
to a preset position, the supporter 11a will be retained in that.
The supporter 11a is fixed and the disk 2a will separate from the
groove 111a by an eccentric force and then fly to the sky. However,
such a toy has only simple function and can not be used in
night.
[0004] Therefore, there is an eager demand for a novel design which
can improve the prior art defects as described above.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0005] Accordingly, the primary object of the present invention is
to provide an audio and video effect flight toy, wherein a disk is
installed with light emitting pieces at many places, and a circuit
unit is installed in the disk, which is formed by light emitting
diodes and a buzzer. A user pulls a drag handle, the disk will
separate from the rod by an eccentric force and then fly to the
sky. No only the buzzer emits a voice, but also the rotary disk
will emit light to present a light effect.
[0006] To achieve aforesaid object, the present invention provides
an audio and video effect flight toy comprising a rod and a
supporter. The supporter appended to the rod. A groove is formed on
the supporter. A slender rope winds around the supporter; and
another end of the slender rope is tied with a drag handle. A disk
has a round disk at a center, and at least one blade is formed at
an outer ring of the round disk; while another end of each blade
being connected to an outer ring circularly. A bottom of the round
disk is protruded with a post. A circuit unit is installed on the
round disk. The circuit unit is formed by light emitting pieces and
an audio element. The top of the round disk, connections of the
round disk with each blade, and connections of each blade with the
outer ring are installed with power joints for installed with light
emitting pieces.
[0007] The various objects and advantages of the present invention
will be more readily understood from the following detailed
description when reading in conjunction with the appended
drawing.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0014] Referring to FIGS. 3 and 4, an audio and video effect flight
toy of the present invention is illustrated. The audio and video
effect flight toy of the present invention has a rod 1 and a disk
2. The rod 1 has a supporter 11, a pulley 12, and a drag handle 13.
A top of the supporter 11 has a groove 111. A pin 112 is disposed
in the supporter 11. The supporter 11 is connected to the pulley
12. The pulley 12 is installed with an annular trench 121 for being
wound by a slender rope 122. Another end of the slender rope 122 is
tied to the drag handle 13. The bottom of the pulley 12 is
installed with a hook 123. The hook 123 serves to hook an elastic
element 124. Another end of the elastic element 124 is connected to
the pin 112. The disk 2 includes a round disk 21, four blades 22
and an outer ring 23. The bottom of the round disk 21 is made of
transparent material. The bottom of the round disk 21 is installed
with a circuit unit 211. The circuit unit 211 is installed with a
sensing switch 2111. The sensing switch 2111 is connected to a
buzzer 2113 through a driver 2112. The circuit unit 211 is
installed with a plurality of light emitting diode 2114. A buzzer
2113 serves to supply power to the light emitting diode 2114. The
circuit unit 211 has a power wire 2116 with a positive and a
negative polarity and is connected to a top of the round disk 21.
The connection therebetween has a power joint 2117. The user may
install a light emitting pieces 2118 to wind around the round disk
21. The bottom of the round disk 21 is installed with a post 212.
The post 212 is connected to a retainer 213. The post 212 and
retainer 213 of the round disk 21 are engaged to the grove 111 at
the top of the rod 1. The blades 22 are connected to the round disk
21. Another end of each blade is connected to the outer ring 23.
The connection of the round disk 21 and each blade 22 and the
connection of each blade 22 and the outer ring 23 are installed
with power joints 2117 so that the user may install the light
emitting pieces 2118 to the surface of the blade 22 or wind around
the surface of the outer ring 23.
[0015] Referring to FIG. 5, when the user pulls the drag handle 13,
the slender rope 122 is pulled to drive the pulley 12 to rotate. As
it is pulled to a preset position, the supporter 11 will be
retained in that. The disk 2 will separate from the groove 11I by
an eccentric force and then fly to the sky. Because of the
vibration of the disk 2, the sensing switch 2111 is energized, and
then the driver 2112 conducts so as to drive the buzzer 2113 to
emit a voice. Furthermore, the light emitting diode 2114 and light
emitting pieces 2118 on the disk 2 light up by the power from the
battery 2115. Therefore, the present invention may present a
special video and audio effects.
[0016] With reference to FIG. 6, the power joint 2117 may be
connected to leads 2119. The lead 2119 is connected to a light
emitting diode 2114. As the user drags the drag handle 13, the
slender rope 122 will be pulled so as to drive the pulley 12 to
rotate. As it is moved to a preset position. The supporter 11 will
be fixed in that position. The disk 2 will separate from the groove
111 by an eccentric force and then fly to the sky. No only the
buzzer 2113 emits a voice, but also the rotary disk 2 will emit
light to present as concentric circles.
[0017] Therefore, the audio and video effect flight toy of the
present invention has an audio element, thus, as vibration occurs,
the buzzer will be driven to emit voice. Furthermore, the light
emitting pieces will present beautiful optic effect as the disk
rotates.
[0018] Although the present invention has been described with
reference to the preferred embodiments, it will be understood that
the invention is not limited to the details described thereof.
Various substitutions and modifications have been suggested in the
foregoing description, and others will occur to those of ordinary
skill in the art. Therefore, all such substitutions and
modifications are intended to be embraced within the scope of the
invention as defined in the appended claims.
