Spirit shaker

Abstract

The Spirit Shaker is a durable, mobile and completely childproof design, made of hard or soft plastic. Partially filled internally with plastic chips, beads or desired filling that makes the unique and ultimate noise. A built-in pick up apparatus (handle) at the top or side operable to grip, lift and then shake. The Spirit Shaker is mounted to a base that allows it to stand alone as a novelty display when not in use.(no assembly require) The Spirit Shaker's designs vary in shapes, sizes, colors for personalized or theme novelty design. The Spirit Shaker will also have a variety of different shapes and sizes sport balls (i.e., football, basketball, baseball, hockey puck, soccer ball, etc.) uniquely matching the specific team colors and painted on logos.

Claims



I claim:

1. The Spirit Shaker is a plastic hollow construction design, in various sports balls or theme novelty designs: The "Spirit Shaker" partially filled with plastic beads or chips or desired filling, with a non-detachable handle and stand, which makes for a childproof item.

2. The Spirit Shaker of claim 1, whereas the "Spirit Shaker" is a durable hollow plastic construction design.

3. The Spirit Shaker of claim 1, whereas the "Spirit Shaker" is filled internally with plastic chips, beads or desired filling, when shaken together in a compact area makes the "ultimate" noise.

4. The Spirit Shaker of claim 1, whereas the "Spirit Shaker" has built in handle operable to grip, lift and then shake, for quick and ready to use action.

5. The Spirit Shaker of claim 1, whereas the "Spirit Shaker" has a mounted base which allows the shaker to stand-alone.

6. The Spirit Shaker of claim 1, whereas the "Spirit Shaker" features different varieties shapes, sizes, painted on logos and or colors for sports teams support, theme parks or social events.

DESCRIPTION

[0001] The present invention relates to a spirit a morale booster apparatus. The Spirit Shaker is a soft or hard plastic design, available in variety of shapes, sizes and colors, with painted on team logos for sport balls (i.e., football, basketball, baseball, hockey puck, soccer ball, etc) or any type social theme. Whether it is a large public sporting event or a small intimate social gathering.

[0002] The shaker is design to grip, lift and be shaken to make a tremendous amount of noise, due to its internal filling, to show personal or team support. It is also capable sitting conveniently on its mounted stand for a quite novelty-look support item.

[0003] The incorporated handle makes for an easy pick up or a convenient carry. A mounted stand makes for an easy balanced sit-down for the apparatus.

[0004] Therefore, no assembly is required. The partially, plastic or bead chips or any desired filling for this apparatus makes a "unique" loud sound when shaken.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0005] It is therefore an object of this invention to allow the user to show fan support for his/her favorite sporting or social event by shaking or showcasing.

[0006] It is a feature of this invention to be presented on showcase as a novelty item for team or social theme support when not in use.

[0007] It is a feature of this invention to deliver easy carrying with a built in handle.

[0008] It is a feature of this invention to have a unique "shaker" sound, due to the beads or plastic chips or any desired filling while being shaken together.

[0009] It is a feature of this invention to display assorted "ball" types in different shapes, sizes and logos painted on the shaker. (examples: football, basketball, baseball games, etc.)

[0010] It is a feature of this invention to display a variety of shapes and sizes for social effective designs. (examples: theme park characters, family reunions logos or names painted on, etc.)

[0011] It is an advantage that the "shaker" is easy to grip, lift and then shake.

[0012] It is a further advantage to use as a conducive for a group or indiviual support.

[0013] It is a further advantage to use for cheering or cheerleading.

[0014] It is a further advantage to use for effective fundraising.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0015] FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the Spirit Shaker in the round form of this invention.

[0016] FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the Spirit Shaker in the oval shape form of this invention.

[0017] FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the Spirit Shaker in the form of a round disk, preferably the hockey puck.

[0018] FIG. 1 is a detail view illustrating the side handle and the mounted stand in which it rest, on a basketball.

[0019] FIG. 2 is a detail view illustrating the on top handle and the mounted stand in which it rest, on a football.

[0020] FIG. 3 is a detail view illustrating the hockey puck in a flat rest position.

[0021] FIG. 1, 2 and 3 are internally filled with plastic chips, beads or desired filling.
