one-way safety means mainly comprising of a protective holster main
sandwich with several clamping, a pair of clamping and receiving
members with triangular and trapezoidal cut planes, two
strip-shaped spring leaves, and a frame protecting cover,
furthermore, an expanding member formed at the fold of the
protective holster main sandwich; since a pair of clamping and
receiving members with triangular and trapezoidal structures
positions the pistol body at the sectional space where the
expanding member presses against the protective holster main
sandwich with the assistance of the tightly forcing resilience from
the middle of two spring leaves, thereby the method of drawing the
pistol from the inside of the protective holster features a safety
efficacy of only allowing the removing of the pistol by pressing
against one-way toward the inner side of the human body.

Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0001] 1) Field of the Invention
[0002] The present invention relates to a pistol protective holster
with one-way safety means, more especially a pistol protective
holster comprised of having a set of clamping and receiving members
with triangular and trapezoidal structures fitted with the mutual
pressing of the expanding member formed according to the
configuration of the pistol.
[0003] 2) Description of the Prior Art
[0004] Among the available conventional pistol protective holsters,
the representative ones with safety means, as shown and indicated
in FIGS. 1 and 1A, mainly using a clamping and receiving flange
(11) with convex triangular slope (110) and the hook holding member
(10) with the guide rail (13) consisted of two flanges (12) and
other parts positioned on the inner side (120) of the pistol
protective holster (100); after the pistol (101) is inserted into
the protective holster (100), the foresight (111) should move along
the guide rail (13) and over the clamping and receiving flange
(11), since the convex triangular slope (110) therein blocks and
receives in time, thereby the pistol (101) will be placed inside
the protective holster (100), that is the key point of the safety
possession; when planning to use the pistol (101), one only has to
sway the pistol (101) left or right toward the direction of the
protective holster (100), that means to make the foresight (111)
deflect from the contact state with the clamping and receiving
flange (11), then easily draw the pistol (101) to use. However,
since the existed option of being swayed left or right, the pistol
(101) can be removed from the protective holster (100); therefore,
when the wearer of the gun is attacked, the attacker only has to
move and sway the gun grip at a rush to easily thwart the original
wearer of the gun to control instead; thereby the efficacy of the
conventional protective holster of safely preventing the gun from
being ambushed fails; that is the disadvantage of the traditional
pistol protective holsters and is also one of the major issues to
be overcome.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0005] In view of the potential danger caused by the disadvantage
of the structural design of the conventional pistol during
real-time usage, the inventor of the present invention researched
in depth and made conceptual breakthrough by intentionally using a
pair of triangular and trapezoidal structures integrated inside the
pistol protective holster to clamp and receive the position near
where the pistol trigger affixes to, and assisted by an expanding
member, formed according to the configuration of the pistol,
pressed from the side against the pistol inserted and engaged in
the protective holster to structure a safety efficacy of only
allowing the removing of the pistol by pressing against one-way
toward the inner side of the human body, thereby to augment the
safety of the holster itself for storing the pistol and to
indirectly guarantee the safety of the wearer of the pistol as the
main objectives.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0015] Referring to FIG. 2 of an exploded pictorial drawing of the
main members of the present invention of a pistol protective
holster with one-way safety means, as indicated, the configuration
of the pistol is orderly formed into protective holster main
sandwich (2) with parts of clamping, receiving and attaching sides
(20); the positions (21, 22) near where affixed by the pistol
trigger are respectively mounted with a triangular clamping and
receiving member (211) and a trapezoidal clamping and receiving
member (221), wherein the inclined plane portion (231) of the
clamping and receiving member (221) is just big enough to clamp and
receive the pistol trigger inserted and received therein, while the
trapezoidal vertical portion (241) is just big enough to clamp and
receive the inner side of the protective arch below the trigger;
furthermore, the triangular top portion (213) of the clamping and
receiving member (211) will fill in the space at top bottom (251)
of the clamping and receiving member (221) near the trigger,
thereby only when the inserted and received pistol presses against
toward the direction of the clamping and receiving member (211),
the pistol protective arch (along with the trigger) can be made to
deflect from the original state of being clasped and positioned; in
addition, at the rear side of the protective main sandwich (2)
corresponding to the positions of the clamping and receiving
members (211, 221), those are the positions adjacent to where the
pistol trigger affixes to, is assisted respectively by two
strip-shaped spring leaves (212, 222) covered by an external
clasping piece (23) on the protective holster main sandwich (2), a
frame protecting cover (24) is formed according to the peripheral
frame rim of the protective holster main sandwich (2) to stitch and
bond the said clasping piece (23) into one unit; in addition, an
insertion slot casing (25) of snap members disposed for fitting and
tightly retaining the pistol inserted inside the protective holster
main sandwich (2) is threaded accordingly onto the external side of
the clasping piece (23).
[0016] Referring to FIG. 3, in the present invention, in order to
more stably position the pistol to the inner side of the protective
holster main sandwich (2), an expanding member (26) is formed
according to the pistol body and the protective arch to be filled
into the bent and formed notch (27) area on the side of the said
protective holster (2) and to be further integrated with the
protective holster main sandwich (2) by means of screw member set
(28); what worthy of mentioning is that the slackness of the screw
member set (28) tightly threading the expanding member (26) can be
adjusted specifically according to people's force (depending on
different people) exerted for drawing the pistol, for example, for
women, the slackness can be looser than that for men (just by
adjusting the tightness of the screw members); no matter what, the
filling of the said expanding member (26), plus the retaining of
the pistol trigger from the clamping and receiving members (211,
221) inside the said protective holster (2), and the assistance of
the resilient energy of position of the spring leaves inside the
said main sandwich (2) enable the pistol stored in the said
protective holster (2) to have more safety efficacy.
[0017] Referring to FIG. 4, as the schematic drawing of the present
invention, wherein, in order to fit the positioning of the pistol
inside the said protective holster (2), the snap fasteners are
additionally attached, wherein the parent snap member (251) (with
self-adhesive fastening belt (252)) and the slot casing (25) (on
the inner side, also with self-adhesive fastening belt) engage to
each other; and also as the exploded pictorial drawing of the
engagement of the parent snap member (251) with the through bind
member (29) for the human body's waist belt; since both the snap
member (251) and the slot casing (25) have the self-adhesive
materials therein, the tension degree required for snapping the
pistol butt can be adjusted by ascending or descending the snap
members (251) through loosing and fastening the related screw
members (291).
[0018] Referring to FIG. 5, the schematic drawing of the relative
position in the snap-type member set, wherein, in addition to the
parent snap member (251), a sub snap member (253) is threaded to
the other side of the said pistol protective holster (2) by means
of the screw members (254); perceivably, the pistol butt has extra
safer protection through those tight retaining.
[0019] Referring to FIG. 6, the schematic drawing of the external
view of the assembled present invention of a pistol protective
holster with one-way safety means, as indicated, the configuration
of the assembly (30) of the said rigid protective holster (2) makes
the stable image required for being a protective tool stand out,
and fits with the adequate in-time insertion of the clamping and
receiving members (211, 221), intentionally attached inside the
said main sandwich (2), toward the pistol trigger; undoubtedly,
more safer protection will be provided for the inserted pistol.
[0020] Referring to FIG. 7, the schematic drawing of the exemplary
embodiment of the present invention in terms of horizontal and
cross-sectional view, wherein the triangular clamping and receiving
member (211) of the protective holster main sandwich (2) is
situated at the lower side and the protective holster main sandwich
(2) affixes to the pistol (101), as indicated, at this moment, the
trigger (112) of the pistol (101) is adequately clamped and
received by the triangular top portion (213) on the clamping and
receiving member (211), in other words, for trigger (112) of the
pistol (101), its left and right sides are clamped and received
herein, one side is stabilized and the other side is assisted by
the trapezoidal clamping and receiving member (221).
[0021] Referring to FIG. 8, the other schematic drawing of the
exemplary embodiment of the present invention in terms of
horizontal and cross-sectional view, wherein the trapezoidal
clamping and receiving member (221) is situated at the lower side
and the protective holster main sandwich (2) affixes to the pistol
(101), as indicated, at this moment, the other side (relative to
FIG. 7) of the trigger (112) of the pistol (101) can be adequately
clamped and received by the slope (231) on the upper bottom side of
the clamping and receiving member (221); at the mean time, one end
side of the protective arch (113) of the pistol (101) is just
pressed against by the vertical end side (241) of the clamping and
receiving member (221); therefore, it is understood that the pistol
(101) at this moment seems to be clasped, in other words, the
pistol (101) under this situation is impossible to be drawn upward
or toward the rear side of the Figure (that is the normal outer
side of the human body); however, the only way to change the said
contact state is to press and push the pistol (101) toward the
direction of another clamping and receiving member (211) (please
refer to FIG. 7), that is the inner side of the human body, for
drawing the pistol (101) out; furthermore, since two spring leaves
are clasped inside the lateral web of the clamping and receiving
members (211, 221), for drawing the pistol (101) on available
chance, one only needs to press against and exert force toward the
inner side of the human body for reacting through the stored and
changed energy of position.
