Device capable of varying tool resting spaces
Abstract
Device capable of varying tool resting spaces, including a plate
body, at least one insertion key and at least one container. The
plate body is formed with multiple insertion holes arranged at
predetermined intervals. The insertion hole has a profile
corresponding to that of the insertion key. A bottom of the
container is formed with at least one perforation having a profile
corresponding to a profile of the insertion key. When placing
various types of tools on the plate body, the insertion keys are
respectively elastically inserted in the insertion holes of the
plate body around the tools to fix the tools with different
pattern. Alternatively, the container is placed on the plate body
and by means of inserting the insertion keys into the insertion
holes around the container or inserting the insertion keys through
the perforations of the bottom of the container into the insertion
holes, the container can be fixed on the plate body for resting
various kinds of small parts or mini-tools in the container.

Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0001] The present invention relates to a device for collectively
resting tools, and more particularly to a device capable of varying
tool resting spaces.
[0002] A conventional tool kit is a substantially rectangular box
body with six faces. The tool kit has several layers of drawers
which are horizontally arranged from upper side to lower side. Some
of the drawers define a recessed space, while some of the drawers
are partitioned by slats into several small compartments for a user
to place therein various kinds of tools.
[0003] With respect to both the drawers with recessed space and
small compartments, after the tools are placed therein, the tools
often randomly scatter around and intersect each other due to
moving the entire tool kit or frequent drawing of the drawers.
Therefore, a user must turn all the tools to find out a necessary
tool. Moreover, after found, the user often needs to laboriously
pull the intersecting tools apart.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0004] It is therefore a primary object of the present invention to
provide a device capable of varying tool resting spaces. The device
defines various tool resting spaces for easy collection and
management of all kinds of tools or small parts.
[0005] It is a further object of the present invention to provide
the above device which is able to vary tool resting spaces in
accordance with the configuration of the tools.
[0006] It is still a further object of the present invention to
provide the above device which provides tidy tool resting spaces to
effectively utilize the tool resting spaces without wasting the
spaces.
[0007] According to the above objects, the device capable of
varying tool resting spaces of the present invention includes a
plate body, at least one insertion key and at least one container.
The plate body is formed with multiple insertion holes arranged at
predetermined intervals. The insertion hole has a profile
corresponding to that of the insertion key. The bottom face of the
container is formed with at least one perforation having a profile
corresponding to the profile of the insertion key.
[0008] The present invention can be best understood through the
following description and accompanying drawings wherein:
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[0009] FIG. 1 is a perspective assembled view of a first embodiment
of the present invention;
[0010] FIG. 2 is a perspective exploded view of the first
embodiment of the present invention;
[0011] FIG. 3 shows the application of the first embodiment of the
present invention;
[0012] FIG. 4 is a perspective assembled view of a second
embodiment of the present invention;
[0013] FIG. 5 is a perspective exploded view of the second
embodiment of the present invention; and
[0014] FIG. 6 is a perspective exploded view of a third embodiment
of the present invention.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0015] Please refer to FIGS. 1 to 3. The device capable of varying
tool resting spaces according to the present invention includes a
plate body 12 formed with multiple insertion holes 20 and at least
one insertion key 14.
[0016] The plate body 12 has predetermined thickness and shape. A
profile of the plate body 12 corresponds to a shape of an inner
periphery of a drawer. The insertion holes 20 are formed on the
plate body 12 at predetermined intervals.
[0017] The insertion key 14 is a shaft rod having a predetermined
length. An outer circumference of a predetermined section of the
insertion key 14 has a shape corresponding to a shape of an inner
circumference of the insertion hole 20.
[0018] When placing various types of tools on the plate body 12,
the insertion keys 14 are respectively elastically inserted in the
insertion holes 20 of the plate body 12 around the tools to fix the
tools with different patterns.
[0019] The device capable of varying tool resting spaces according
to the present invention has the following advantages:
[0020] 1. The insertion keys 14 are variably inserted in the
insertion holes 20 of the plate body 12 according to a
configuration of the tools to define various tool resting spaces
for easy collection and management of all kinds of tools.
[0021] 2. The present invention provides tidy tool resting spaces
to effectively utilize the tool resting spaces without wasting the
spaces,
[0022] Please refer to FIGS. 4 and 5. The device 1 capable of
varying tool resting spaces according to the present invention
further includes at least one container 16 having article resting
spaces with predetermined profile, recessed shape and a bottom. The
bottom of the container 16 is formed with at least one perforation
at a position corresponding to the insertion hole 20. An inner
circumference of the perforation has a profile corresponding to a
profile of an outer circumference of the insertion key 14. By means
of inserting the insertion keys 14 into the insertion holes 20
around the container 16 or inserting the insertion keys 14 through
the perforations of the bottom of the container 16 into the
insertion holes 20, the container 16 can be fixed on the plate body
for resting various kinds of small parts or mini-tools in the
container 16. Furthermore, a swingable cover body (not shown) can
be pivotally disposed on an edge of a lateral face of the container
16 for preventing small parts or mini-tools from dropping out of
the container 16.
[0023] FIG. 6 shows another embodiment of the present invention, in
which the bottom of the container 16 is free from any perforation.
Alternatively, the bottom of the container 16 is disposed with at
least one downward extending leg post 60 at a position
corresponding to the insertion hole 20. An outer circumference of
the leg post 60 has a profile corresponding to the profile of the
inner circumference of the insertion hole 20.
[0024] The above embodiments are only used to illustrate the
present invention, not intended to limit the scope thereof. Many
modifications of the above embodiments can be made without
departing from the spirit of the present invention.
