The literal element of the mark consists of ClarITy. The color(s) cerulean, dark grey, yellow, white is/are claimed as a feature of the mark. The mark consists of the word "ClarITy" with a hand-held magnifying glass focusing on the clear, legible letters "I" and "T" while the other letters "C", "l", "a", "r", and "y" are blurry, out of focus, but readable. The "C", "I", and "T" are capitalized. Letters "l", "a", "r", and "y" are lowercase. All letters are colored cerulean (a color similar to light green-blue). There is a yellow glow originating from the center behind the letters "IT". The glow is strongest between the letters "I" and "T". The glow fades gradually around the edges of the letters "I" and "T". The letters "IT" and the glow are contained within the circular "frame" of a magnifying glass image. The magnifying glass image contains two parts - the solidly dark grey handle that extends down and to the left, below the word "ClarITy", and the frame, which is a circle with a dark-grey border and a transparent interior (the interior representing the clear lens used in a real-world handled magnifying glass). The border of the circular area of the magnifying glass is between the word parts "Clar" and "y". The left and right sides of the border of this magnifying glass circle are the same distance from the "r" and "y" letters as there is distance between other letters in the word. The background is solidly white and serves only to contrast the colors of the word "ClarITy" and the hand-held magnifying glass.
