There is a slight gradient on the left and right of the center square. The shade of the dots vary with the dots on the left being dark, center having lighter dots, and right side containing darker dots. The word "SCRATCH" is overlaid in the center on top of the bandage in all capital letters. The entire bandage has a border going around it.
