Importance: High
Dear Mr. Hunt,
I approved this mark for publication on 7/27/2020 but it was withdrawn from publication due to an issue with the identification of services in Class 41. Specifically, the wording “videos featuring […] general interest activities” in Class 41 is not an acceptable identification because it does not specify the subject matter of the videos with sufficient specificity. I apologize for the oversight.
This issue can be resolved via Examiner’s Amendment to allow me to quickly re-approve the mark for publication. I would suggest simply deleting the wording “general interest activities” from the identification and proceeding with the following amended identification in Class 41:
International Class 41: Entertainment services, namely, providing non-downloadable prerecorded videos featuring information and commentary about video games and comedy skits, all on-line via a global computer network; Entertainment services, namely, personal appearances by a gaming and internet celebrity
Please let me know if the above suggested amended ID is acceptable. If so, I will issue an Examiner’s Amendment and re-approve the mark. If you have any questions, feel free to call me at 571-270-1989.
Kind regards,
J. Evan Mucha
