EXPLANATION OF FILING
Registrant requests that the registration certificate and the records be updated with the following changes: (1) Ownership has changed to Elite Detailed Cleaning, Inc., a corporation of Florida with an address of PO Box 611161, North Miami, FL 33261 and (2) the date of first use in US commerce should be changed to March 13, 2016. Registrant has submitted an assignment with the USPTO Assignment Division to reflect the change in ownership, with a receipt attached. The assignment has yet to be recorded but is pending. Once the assignment records, Registrant requests that both the USPTO system records be updated with new ownership and that a new registration certificate be issued reflecting the change in ownership. Registrant is further updating the date of first use in US commerce to accurately reflect Registrant?s date of first use in US commerce based on a review of Registrant?s business records.
