The mark consists of Left-to-right; line art of a three pedal plant surrounded by a lattice work of lines which are comprised of four cocentric, rounded cornered hexagons. The hexagons alternate green and blue, with the north-pointing hexagon being green and of the thickest line weight; remaining cocentric hexagons have an equal line weight that is one-half of the thickness of the northern pointing hexagon. The word LEMNA is in all caps and is of equal height to the line-work to the left. The word LEMNA is subdivided by a negative-space made from a horizontal line which is located below the top arm of the letter E. The thickness of the horizontal divide extends to the top of the stroke in the letter M. All letters have exterior rounded corners, non-rounded corners are included at moments that the horizontal line divides the letters, and within interior strokes, crotches, arms, and crossbars. The top segment of each letter of the word LEMNA is green, the bottom segment of each letter of the word LEMNA is blue. All art work may also be used in monochrome as all black, or all white.
