Mark Description

Applicant must submit an amended description of the mark because the current one is incomplete and does not describe all the significant aspects of the mark.  37 C.F.R. §2.37; see TMEP §§808.01, 808.02.  Descriptions must be accurate and identify all the literal and design elements in the mark.  See 37 C.F.R. §2.37; TMEP §§808 et seq. 

 

The following description is suggested, if accurate:  The mark consists of the figure of a girl with white skin wearing a red, peach and yellow skirt and a yellow and peach cropped top with the words FAT DOLL outlined in black, and colored yellow and peach, on the front of the shirt. There is a gold heart around the girl’s neck. The girl’s lips are yellow. The sleeves of the girl’s cropped top FD written all over it. The FD is written in black, and colored peach, yellow and red. The girl’s skirt also has FD written all around it in black, and colored peach, yellow and red, on the left side and right side of the skirt, and below the skirt. The girl is wearing red, peach and yellow and black striped socks and yellow and black tennis shoes. The girl’s black hair is long, and her bangs are over her eyes. On the right side of the figure of the girl, is rounded-edged black shading that goes from the middle of the girl’s head to the top of her tennis shoes. The drawing is on a beige background. The word FATDOLL is written above the drawing. The letters are red and outlined in black.

The colors white, red, peach, yellow, black, gold and beige are claimed as a feature of the mark.
