Hi Tyler:  I’m reviewing the above-referenced application for the mark HERBISHH and only have one minor issue regarding the identification of goods that I was hoping we could resolve by email or phone.  The clause “hair keratin treatments” is indefinite because it needs to specify whether it’s medicated or non-medicated.  I would be happy to replace that phrase with “non-medicated hair treatment preparations of keratin for cosmetic purposes” by Examiner’s Amendment and approve the application for publication today if you’re authorized to agree to the change.  Please let me know how you’d like to proceed.  Many thanks, Jill
