The Examining Attorney has refused Applicant's mark based on likelihood of confusion with Registration Number 5333905. Applicant has filed a Petition to Cancel Registration Number 5333905, and such proceeding is currently pending with the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board under Proceeding Number 92076520. As such, Applicant respectfully requests suspension of its application pending the conclusion of the Proceeding. TMEP 716.02(a)
