Good afternoon Mr. Becker,

 

I am following up on our call regarding an application that you submitted: SN 90272058 - M.

 

As we discussed, the mark description needs to be amended and here is the description that I propose:

 

The mark consists of a stylized block letter “M” below two chevrons that point down. The chevrons are vertically aligned with the V-shaped part of the letter “M” and with each other.

 

Additionally, the application will need to be suspended after I enter the changes due to this prior pending application: SN 87819877.

 

Please let me know if you consent to the proposed change by end of day March 29, 2021, otherwise I will have to issue an Office Action.
