[EXTERNAL EMAIL]
Hi India,
Thanks for speaking with me earlier regarding Trademark Application Serial No. 90254813. I have further reviewed semiconductor manufacturing technology and the identification of goods, and believe that the goods should be classified in Class 7, as the software is only sold as a component of semiconductor manufacturing machines. Thus, the following language appears to accurately capture applicant’s goods, per our discussion:
Class 7: Preinstalled embedded software for use in programming artificial intelligence devices used in plasma etching and plasma deposition sold as a component of semiconductor manufacturing machines; preinstalled embedded computer software for use in developing a computer programming artificial intelligence solution for use in plasma etching and plasma deposition sold as a component of semiconductor manufacturing machines; preinstalled embedded software for use in the fields of information technology and deep learning that function as an application programming interface for developing a computer programming artificial intelligence solution for use in plasma etching and plasma deposition sold as a component of semiconductor manufacturing machines
If you agree, you may respond to this email and give me permission to make this amendment. If you have any questions or would like to discuss this amendment, please give me a call at my direct phone number below.
Please let me know your thoughts by Monday, March 21st. Thank you.
Best,
Derek
