Good evening Attorney Pandiscio,

 

First, thank you responding to the Office action issued in both matters. The amended identification of goods resolves the Section 2(d) refusal in both matters, but I would like to get an amended identification of goods to ensure that the identification of goods remains within the scope of the original ID. The suggested amended Identification of Goods in both matters is as follows: downloadable computer software, namely, preoperative planning software used for orthopedic surgical procedures. I can make this amendment by Examiner’s Amendment.
