I just left you a voicemail.  This case got bounced (again!).  This time it is because of the ID in Class 42.  We are missing the required language after the SAAS intro and the function of the software.  So I’d like to change from:

 

               Software as a Service (SAAS) for processing of financial microtransactions; software as a Service (SAAS) for processing of financial microtransactions and electronic payments to purchase access to wireless local area networks and cellular networks

 

to:

 

“Software as a Service (SAAS) services featuring software for processing of financial microtransactions; software as a Service (SAAS) services featuring software for processing of financial microtransactions and electronic payments to purchase access to wireless local area networks and cellular networks” in International Class 42.

 

 

Please let me know if that’s acceptable to you.  I have the EA drafted already so it’ll be a quick turnaround.  Sorry for the repeated issues!
