Thank you for speaking earlier. To reiterate what we discussed.

 

1. The owner of both marks is TRITON ECYCLES, LLC.
2. The mark description for SN90097601 will be amended to “The mark consists of the wording “TRITON” in stylized font.
3. The mark description for SN90097555 will be amended to “The mark consists of a black circular bicycle gear with the stylized black word “triton” inside the gear. Below the wording and inside the gear is a black stick figure riding the bicycle. Inside each of the wheel is a yellow lightning bolt outlined in orange. White in the drawing represents background, outlining, shading, and/or transparent areas and is not part of the mark.”
4. You have indicated you affirmatively would like to abandon SN90097555 since you have changed your logo and can no longer provide a specimen. Please note by abandoning the application you will lose the filing fee and filing date.
