I am the trademark examining attorney reviewing the above referenced trademark application.  In review of this application, there is one issue that can be corrected without the need for an office action and that I can fix via Examiner’s Amendment.

 

An amended identification of the goods/services identified in International Class 44 is required because the wording is indefinite.  Specifically, the suggested identification would read, with suggested changes in bold:

 

International Class 44:      Beauty care services; Hair care services

 

Please let me know if you would approve of my amending the identification as described.
