Hi Kevin,

 

This application was removed from the publication line on OG query because the wording “tongs” is too broad in International Class 21 and may be misclassified.   For example, “curling tongs” in Class 8.

 

The following are acceptable in International Class 21:

Household utensils, namely, kitchen tongs

 

Salad tongs

 

Serving tongs

 

Sugar tongs

 

Ice tongs

 

Meat tongs

 

Barbecue tongs

 

If you are able to let me know which ones are accurate, I am happy to enter the change via Examiner’s amendment.
