Subject: U.S. Trademark Application Serial No. 90079390 TBT TO BE TOP
Dear Mr. Soules,
The trademark application referenced above has been assigned to me as the Trademark Examining Attorney representing the United States Patent and Trademark Office. I have examined the above application and there are just a couple of issues that must be addressed. I am writing this e-mail in hopes that we may take care of the issue(s) via Examiner's amendment.
Specifically, the wording “sponges”, “spatulas” and “sink racks” is too broad and needs to be amended as set forth below, if accurate. Also, it appears a comma needs to be placed between the wording “brushs’” and “whisks” as indicated below.
Therefore, the amended ID would read as:
combs; hair brushes; tub and washing brushes; make-up brushes; water bottles sold empty; household containers for food; baskets for household use not made of metal; abrasive sponges for scrubbing skin; dish stands; decanter stands; pails; pans; cutting boards; tongs and turners; spatulas for kitchen use; slotted spoons and serving spoons; basting brushs', whisks; non-electric mincer; garlic press; hand-operated grinders; shower caddys; sink dish drying racks
With your authorization, I can enter the above changes via examiner’s amendment. Please let me know if that is acceptable.
Thank you,
Leslie
