The USPTO must receive applicant’s response to this letter within six months of the issue date below or the application will be abandoned.  Respond using the Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS).  A link to the appropriate TEAS response form appears at the end of this Office action.

This application was approved for publication on April 27, 2021.  See 37 C.F.R. §2.80.  However, approval of the application has been withdrawn to address the issue(s) below.  See TMEP §706.01.  The trademark examining attorney apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause applicant.

 

Please note that the address information for Louie Marroquin includes two different addresses: 6830 walerga rd 148 and 7889 lichen drive 195.  Please provide a single correct address for the record.  

 

APPLICANT’S ADDRESS

The written application must specify the applicant’s mailing address.  37 C.F.R. §2.32(a)(4).  Addresses should include the United States Postal Service ZIP code or its equivalent for addresses outside the United States.  For an individual, the application must set forth either the business address or the residence address. PLEASE NOTE:  Applicant is encouraged to telephone or email (Tracy.Cross@uspto.gov) the trademark examining attorney to resolve the issues raised above, if a new class is not being added.  Formal responses are not accepted via email.  However, in this case, the examining attorney will issue an examiner’s amendment based upon the applicant’s informal email communication.

RESPONSE GUIDANCE

• Missing the response deadline to this letter will cause the application to abandon.  A response or notice of appeal must be received by the USPTO before midnight Eastern Time of the last day of the response period.  TEAS and ESTTA maintenance or unforeseen circumstances could affect an applicant’s ability to timely respond.
