Hi Jeanine,
Thank you again for taking the time to speak with me this morning. We have discussed your proposed revisions to the goods IDs for these applications with our client and the client has approved those changes.
Per our call this morning, we determined that the revision to the mark description for the INTEL INSIDE WITHIN SQUARE Mark (SN 90069107) would not be necessary.
Please let us know if you require anything additional from us to make the amendments.
Best,
Noelle

EXTERNAL E-MAIL - From Jeanine.Gagliardi@USPTO.GOV
Dear Counsel,
I have received and reviewed applicant’s March 8 responses to Office actions in the above-referenced applications. I appreciate applicant’s effort to amend the identifications of goods. There is one item in the amended identification in each application that causes concern, and I am writing to see if we can agree to an amendment that resolves the concern.
In particular, the amended identification in each application includes the wording “computer work stations comprising processors, central processing units, computer monitors, computer peripherals, computer printers”. Would the applicant agree to the following language in its place (changes in bold): “computer work stations comprising computer hardware in the nature of processors, central processing units, computer monitors, computer peripherals, computer document printers”?
In addition, would the applicant agree to the following amendment (in bold) to the mark description in Serial No. 90069107:
The mark consists of the wording "INTEL INSIDE" in a stylized font in the color white. The wording appears on a blue square. The blue square containing the wording appears within a larger blue square, and a smaller blue square is touching the bottom, right corner of the square containing the wording. The smaller blue square is also within the larger blue square. The remainder of white in the drawing represents transparent background space that is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
Please let me know your thoughts. If we are able to agree on amendments by the end of the day on Tuesday, March 30, I can make the changes on my end so the applications can proceed.
I apologize for the short turnaround time and look forward to hearing from you.
Very truly yours,
Jeanine
