Dear Ms. Lott,

 

Upon review of your response for application no. 90063093, the following must be amended in the Identification of Goods:

 

International Class 3: Skin and body topical lotions, creams and oils for cosmetic use, containing cannabidiol, (CBD), which is solely derived from hemp with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis

 

As you can see, they are very minor changes that need to be made. The comma after the word “cannabidiol” must be deleted and the brackets around “THC” must be changed to parentheses.

 

If you would like me to make these changes via Examiner’s Amendment and approve the application for publication, please contact me with your authorization by Thursday July 8.
