The mark consists of the two terms IRON and EAGLE in a horizontal series of bold blue capital letters, wherein the terms are separated by a fanciful bald eagle in flight while draped in a fabric including white stars on a blue background on the left side of the logo and red and white stripes on the right side of the logo, reminiscent of "Old Glory," the flag of the United States of America, wherein the eagle's head and the eagle's claws emerge from under the fabric, the head having a gray beak and a blue eye and eye socket; the claws are gray and have blue talons on the left side of the eagle and red talons on the right side of the eagle; wherein each of the letters are outlined by white, which are then outlined by red, so that each letter appears to be superimposed upon fanciful white and red background letters in progressively increasing enlarged dimensions to accommodate each of the respective blue letters, the appearance of which is created by the white and red outlines, and wherein such blue letters appear to be secured to the imaginary backgrounds by fanciful rivets that appear on the surface of each of the respective blue letters as if to be securing each of the respective blue letters to each of the respective white and red backgrounds.
