Class 42:  Providing a website featuring temporary use of non-downloadable software that allows users to search a database for construction projects and bids, submit requests for surety bonds, and manage surety bond accounts in the fields of insurance and construction

 

A statement of use filed on March 17, 2020 meets the minimum filing requirements and has been placed in the child application.  The statement of use will be routed to the examining attorney for examination and, if it does not meet all the statutory requirements, the examining attorney will notify the applicant.

 

The PARENT APPLICATION IS ABANDONED because neither a statement of use nor a request for extension of time to file a statement of use (extension request) was filed for the goods and/or services in the parent application and the time period for filing a statement of use or extension request has since expired.  37 C.F.R. §§2.88-2.89.
