To avoid abandonment, applicant must continue to file requests for extension of time to file a statement of use (extension requests) or a statement of use within the six-month period after the issuance of the notice of allowance or before expiration of a previously granted extension period. 37 C.F.R. §§2.88(a), 2.89(a)-(b).

(2) Child application serial no. 88976412 contains all the goods and services under Section 1(a) in the following classes:

Class 9: Downloadable e-books featuring children's stories.

Class 16: Children's books; story books; printed materials, namely, books and cards featuring children's stories.

Class 41: Educational and entertainment services in the nature of ongoing internet programs in the field of children's education and entertainment; educational and entertainment services, namely, an ongoing children's program promoting positive life skills accessible via the internet; educational and entertainment services, namely, an ongoing children's program featuring puppets accessible via the internet.

The child application will proceed to registration.
