In response to the Notice that Request to Divide Application is Incomplete mailed September 24, 2019, Applicant responds with the payment of the $275.00 for dividing within Class 28, resulting in the creation of one new child application for the use-based goods "dolls, doll clothing, and doll accessories" in Class 28, and the original (parent) application for the intent-to-use based goods "role playing toys in the nature of play sets for children to imitate real life occupations" in Class 28.

The Commissioner is hereby authorized to charge to Deposit Account No. 02-4467 any fees required.
