EXAMINER’S AMENDMENT

USPTO database searched; no conflicting marks found.  The trademark examining attorney searched the USPTO database of registered and pending marks and found no conflicting marks that would bar registration under Trademark Act Section 2(d).  15 U.S.C. §1052(d); TMEP §704.02.

Application has been amended as shown below.  As agreed to by Carl Oppedahl on September 1, 2020, the examining attorney has amended the application as shown below.  Please notify the examining attorney immediately of any objections.  TMEP §707.  Otherwise, no response is required.  Id.  

U.S.-licensed attorney’s name was corrected for the record.  The application record is corrected to indicate that applicant is represented by Carl Oppedahl, an attorney from Oppedahl Patent Law Firm LLC, instead of being represented by Oppedahl Patent Law Firm LLC itself.  See TMEP §602.01.  The attorney bar information and statement of good standing was already included in the original application. 

Applicant’s domicile address clarified.  Applicant’s street address has been added to the record and replaces the post office box address originally provided in the application.  See 37 C.F.R. §§2.2(o)-(p), 2.189; Requirement of U.S.-Licensed Attorney for Foreign-Domiciled Trademark Applicant & Registrants, Examination Guide 4-19, at I.A.3. (Rev. Sept. 2019).
