The instant application was refused under Section 2(d) of the Trademark Act on the basis that mark in the application is likely to be confused with the mark in Registration No. 2,675, 838. The Applicant has filed a Petition to Cancel Registration No. 2,675,838 and respectfully requests suspension of the application pending the final resolution of cancellation action. A copy of the filing receipt for the Petition is attached.
