To the Commissioner for Trademarks:

Application serial no. 88900788 IHEALTH(Standard Characters, see http://uspto.report/TM/88900788/mark.png) has been amended as follows:

ARGUMENT(S)
In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

The Examiner's attached the remainder of the applied-for mark is the word "HEALTH", which is defined as "the condition of being sound in body, mind, or spirit." The applied-for mark is IHEALTH in standard characters for "Combs; Dispensers for cleaning and disinfecting solutions; Dispensers for liquid soap; Toothbrushes, electric; Water apparatus for cleaning teeth and gums for home use; Aerosol dispensers not for medical use; Automatic soap dispensers." Apparently, applicant's goods are not "various products used for health and in the health care field" products but "Household appliances and sanitary appliances", more specifically, "not for medical use". Furthermore, applicant's goods not only offered via the internet. The Applicant believes that its trademark didn?t refers to the features, characteristics, or field of use of the goods. It is truly distinctive and serves as a valuable source identifier for its goods.
