Hi Sara,
Thanks for your message. Confirming we consent to the proposed change, namely, adding the term "online" to the Class 42 identification.
Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
Best regards,
Scott

Hi Scott, I apologize for contacting you again about this application, but it has come to my attention that the wording “providing non-downloadable computer software for viewing and searching for information, photos, reviews, ratings of business and organizations” in class 42 requires a small amendment. Specifically, wording such as “online” or “temporary use of” should be added to clarify the nature of the services.
If agreeable, I can issue an examiner’s amendment changing the class 42 identification to “Providing online non-downloadable computer software for displaying geographic information, interactive geographic maps, and images of maps and mapped locations; providing online non-downloadable computer software for viewing and searching for information, photos, reviews, ratings of business and organizations.” The other classes are acceptable as written and would remain unchanged by this amendment.
Thanks,
Sara
