OFFICIAL USPTO EMAIL - Trademark Application Serial No. 88896001 - Response Requested
Dear Mr. Ceresia,
I am the assigned trademark examiner for the above-referenced application. I have reviewed the application and the applicant must amend the mark description slightly, in order to more clearly describe the shape of the mark and the use of the color white in the drawing.
With your approval, I will issue an examiner’s amendment making the following changes to the description: “The mark consists of a multicolor pin shape, with an empty circular center, that is comprised of diagonal stripes of red, blue, light blue, green, and yellow. The white in the drawing represents transparent background areas and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.”
If you agree that the changes are acceptable, we can move more quickly through the registration process for this application. Please contact me by email or phone by 1 PM EST on Monday, June 1, 2020, if you agree to allow me to correct the above by examiner’s amendment. Also, do not hesitate to contact me should you have any questions. If I do not hear from you by that time, I will issue a formal Office action on this issue.
Best,
Sara Helmers
