Applicant received the Notice of Publication for the subject application on April 7, 2021, which did not show the correct coverage. Applicant had filed a response to Office Action on February 12, 2021 to amend the list of services and to add Classes 35 and 41. Applicant subsequently filed an Amendment to Allege Use and a Request to Divide on February 17, 2021, so that there would be two applications (a parent application based on intent to use, covering Classes 35, 36 and 41; and a child application, based on use since September 15, 2020 covering some of the services in Class 36). A summary of the proposed coverage is attached. Applicant requests that the Request to Divide be reviewed to ensure that there are two applications being published properly.
