In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

Applicant Ripple Labs, Inc. ("Ripple Labs" or "Applicant"), by and through counsel, hereby responds to the Office Action issued on July 20, 2020 (the "Office Action"). In the Office Action, the Examiner raises Application Serial Nos. 79282607 as a potential barrier to registration. Applicant respectfully notes that Application No. 79282607 has lapsed and is therefore no longer a barrier to registration. Based on the foregoing, Ripple respectfully requests the prior-pending application objection be lifted.
