To the Commissioner for Trademarks:

ARGUMENT(S)
In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

This is in response to the Office Action mailed on June 3, 2020.

The Examining Attorney has requested that the identification of goods be amended to reclassify the specified goods into the proper international class. The Applicant appreciates the proffered suggestions and respectfully adopts the following identification:

Injectable dermal fillers in International Class 5.

REMARKS

The Office Action dated June 3, 2020 has been fully considered by the Applicant.

By way of the present amendment, Applicant has amended the identification of goods. Favorable reconsideration is respectfully requested.

Having addressed the concerns of the Examining Attorney, the Applicant respectfully requests that the refusal to register be withdrawn and that the mark be approved for publication in the Official Gazette. If any issues remain, a telephone conference with the Examining Attorney is respectfully requested.

CLASSIFICATION AND LISTING OF GOODS/SERVICES

Applicant hereby deletes the following class of goods/services from the application.
Class 003 for Hyaluronic acid gels for cosmetic purposes; injectable dermal fillers
