Subject: PROPOSED EXAMINER'S AMENDMENT, Trademark Applications 88846203, ARIA - Identification of Goods

Good morning:

I am the examining attorney in the above referenced trademark application. There is one issue that requires resolution.

Specifically, the identification of goods requires amendment to more clearly identify the nature of the goods as a parking lot management system, as opposed to, for example, an automated parking system used to park cars autonomously. The following wording is proposed and may be adopted, if accurate (examining attorney’s suggestions in bold font):

Class 9:              Electronic parking lot management systems

Upon your authorization, I would be happy to issue an Examiner’s Amendment to expedite processing of the application. If you have any questions, feel free to email me or call at 571-272-6040. I look forward to your response.

Thank you,

Justin Miller
