I’m the trademark examining attorney assigned to U.S. APPLICATION SERIAL NO. 88775796 SAGA. There’s an issue that I’d like to speak with you about that can be resolved with applicant’s agreement. Due to Office deadlines, I will need a response from you no later than April 20, 2020. The identification of goods and services is indefinite. Importantly, applicant has not clearly set forth the function of the software, which is required. I suggest the following, if accurate:
