Dear Mr. Kleinman,
I am the Trademark Examining Attorney working on the above-referenced application. There are no issues with your application. However, I did notice that while this current application lists the entity type as a Texas Limited Liability Company, the copending applications list the entity type as Texas Limited Partnership composed of Robert Kleinman, USA; Breanne Cope USA. As such, I wanted to confirm that this information is correct before approving the application for publication? If the entity type designated as an LLC was a clerical error, I would be happy to amend via Examiner’s Amendment consistent with the other copending applications.
Kind regards,
Tamara
