I hope you, your team, and your families are holding up well during the quarantine. I’m writing in regards to three applications we filed on behalf of Cookies Creative Consulting & Promotions, LLC for the RUNTZ logo, the MINNTZ logo, and the POWERZZZUP logo (U.S. Serial Nos. 88767841, 88767835, and 88767838). You issued Office Actions on Tuesday, April 14, for all three marks, requesting that we add the language emphasized below to the Class 35 ID:

 

Conducting, arranging and organizing trade shows, trade fairs, and business conferences for the cannabis industry; business advisory services, consultancy and information relating to the cannabis industry; advocacy services, namely, promoting the interests of businesses and individuals related to cannabis, cannabis-related products and services, licensing, and government compliance; lobbying, namely, promoting the interests of businesses and individuals related to cannabis, cannabis-related products and services, licensing, and government compliance; advertising, marketing and promotional services; preparing business reports related to the cannabis industry; providing consumer information and related news in the fields of cannabis and CBD; providing consumer information and related news in the field of marijuana dispensary inventories and locations; providing a web site featuring the ratings, reviews and recommendations on products and services for commercial purposes posted by users; providing referrals in the field of cannabis

 

We spoke with our client, who confirmed that we may agree to these proposed amendments. We thought it would be easiest to have them handled by way of an Examiner’s Amendment. If it’s not too much trouble, would you kindly make these amendments and approve the application for publication?
