IDENTIFICATION OF GOODS
The identification of goods must be amended to clarify the nature of the goods for notice purposes. See 37 C.F.R. §2.32(a)(6); TMEP §1402.01. Additionally, “ovens” must be amended to specify the type of ovens for notice and classification purposes. See 37 C.F.R. §2.32(a)(6); TMEP §§1402.01, 1402.03.
Applicant may adopt the following if accurate, with changes in bold and guidance in brackets:
International Class 011: “Kitchen appliances, namely, beverage
refrigerators, electric fans, ice makers machines for use in refrigerators, ovens, namely, [specify type of
ovens, e.g., convection ovens, cooking ovens, baking ovens], electric coffee machines, and air fryers”
