The Section 2(d) refusal due to a likelihood of confusion with Registration No. 5342366 is withdrawn.  The applied-for goods have been re-classified to Class 7, as indicated below.

Application has been amended as shown below.  The trademark examining attorney is amending the application as follows.  No prior approval or authorization from applicant or applicant’s attorney is required.  TMEP §707.02.

IDENTIFICATION OF GOODS

The identification of goods is amended to read as follows: 

Class 7: A system of industrial robots for monitoring, managing, analyzing, controlling, and automating the processes of a dairy farm and its cows; a system of industrial robots for automating the milking of cows, management of a dairy farm's cows, and the operational processes of a dairy farm.
